Sand Dunes Condominium is located in Cape Canaveral. Minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.
Our 5th floor is also the top floor. It provides you with a beautiful, breathtaking direct view of the beach and ocean. This view is seen from the spacious balcony, living room and master bedroom.
Staying for one week or maybe two, bring your groceries! We have a Fully equipped Kitchen, ready for your use.
Three bedrooms, two baths that sleeps 6 comfortably. The master suite awaits you with a Queen size bed. The first guest room has a comfortable queen size bed, and the second guest room has twin beds.
Washer and Dryer are available inside the unit for your convenience.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS:
All occupants agree to adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises to the rules and regulations applicable to the premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community wlakways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF THEIR CHILDREN.
Your security deposit will hold your reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to premises and/or missing personal property.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation booked for more than 90 days, reservation must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
REFUND/CANCELLATIONS
If you make a reservation and wish to cancel, IT MUST BE DONE by written notice 90 days prior to the rental date. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposit.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE...
