  We just left the condo and are ready to go back! It is perfectly situated in a small complex, which is what we were looking for. The only possible warning I might give is that the condo is rather small. I would say our group of 3 would be the most I would be comfortable with, but we got along just fine. Other than that, sitting on the lanai with the view exactly as you see in the pictures made this one of my favorite places I have ever stayed at. Alex was very easy to work with and friendly through our correspondence and the on-site manager (forgot his name) was always around and very welcoming. Would definitely return!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We love our home away from home. Enjoyed a full 3 weeks this 9th visit to Hoyochi Nikko. Kenny and JoAnne do a great job, love the socializing at the Pupu parties. Discovered Kapalua Crest Trail for morning walks this year. It is beautiful. Had a cocktail at the Ritz when Jody was working...fun!!! Thanks Alex for being such a great person.   We really enjoyed staying here!! Everything we needed was here and everyone was very nice. It was very easy to step outside and relax. Great location as most things we did was close. Thoroughly enjoyed our turtle friends!! The bed was SO comfortable. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our honeymoon!!

  The view and access from our room to the beach was the best. The 5+ turtles were our guardians in the water. We got masks and snorkels at Snorkel Bobs. The road to the North was so pretty but very narrow. We will be back ASAP for there is more to see and do. Allen & Cynthia Bend, OR

  This was our second stay in #105. Once again it was amazing place to stay. The view and location can’t be beat. We really enjoyed getting to now Kenny and Joanne and their family that was here visiting. We also got to attend Lahaina Baptist Church both Sundays we were here and that was great as well.   Great to come back as “retired” folks with no schedules and must do’s. Wonderful condo vacation away from the crowds.   We flew in from Dallas, Texas after 8 hours on the flight ready to explore the natural beauty of the island. We rented a jeep and arrived here exhausted. The accommodations have been perfect. We relaxed, tried to soak in all the beauty from sunrise to sunset. There have been no disappointments from excursions to fabulous dinners.   This is our 4th time at #105 and still we feel not only the “Wow” factor but AAAHHH we’re here. We’ve declared our stay at #105 as our BBB vacation. Sit on our BUTTS, Read our BOOKS, and have a BEVERAGE or two or…. Alex, the condo is always guest ready. You have truly created a paradise like none other. We are booked again for next year!!   Our first trip to Maui was awesome!! We will definitely be coming back in the near future. We loved our little condo and had everything we needed. The view having your morning coffee is unforgettable!! With a surprise engagement and many beautiful days of sunshine this place will forever be remembered as one of our best trips ever!!   I can truly say this is the best vacation we’ve ever had. We have spent countless hours staring at the ocean, watching the whales and turtles and swimming.   We loved waking up to the whales and rainbows almost daily! Loved the aquarium and I think most enjoyable was the trip to Hana and beyond to see where Charles Lingberg was buried. Loved the hike to the falls through the bamboo forest as well. Stopped anywhere on the roadside we wanted to swim. The accommodations here are excellent and have already recommended it.   We have been coming to Maui for the last 22 years. Our criteria for housing has run the gamut of resorts to condos for comfort. Our 1st need is to be on the beach. Second is comfort and well located with easy access. We want to thank Alex for our stay. This was probably the most thoughtfully planned unit we have ever stayed in. The condo is very well stocked and addresses almost any need you can think of. If we had our own place I would like to think it would be prepared as carefully as here

  The condo is perfectly situated!! From the moment we arrived, we just wanted to stay near the condo and enjoy the place. The pool is perfect for the site and having a very usable beach so close to your doorstep was fantastic. We enjoyed swimming, boogie-boarding and just hanging out on the lanai. Would definitely come back.

  This was our “Father-Daughter” trip to celebrate Madeline’s 16th birthday and it was in a word “breathtaking”!! The condo was out of a movie. I had to pinch myself. This was our first trip to Hawaii and I’m afraid we may be ruined for all subsequent trips. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your little piece of heaven. We will be back.   Hoyochi Nikko #105 was exactly what we needed after the stress of planning a wedding. The location is perfect…within walking distance of the Farmer’s Market and Bad Ass coffee (we walked there every morning during our stay) What can we say about the views from the lanai, but WOW!!! It was a great place to eat our breakfast every morning. While we adventured out some each day, we also enjoyed just soaking up some sun in the lounge chairs. Favorite sights: seat turtles out back, several rainbows and gorgeous sunsets. We were so spoiled by our ocean view while on Maui that we cal to make sure we had one on Kauai. Mahalo!!

  Alex, once again and absolutely fabulous time on Maui and at Hoyochi Nikko #105. BEAUTIFUL!! My sisters and I shared a wonderful catch up time with lazy mornings, fun adventures and fabulous dinners both “in” and “out” It could not have been better. The Hoyochi beach was wide and wonderful with great surf and turtles, turtles, turtles everyday!!! LOVED IT!! Special thank you for sharing your lovely Maui home with us.   This is our 2nd time staying in #105. We absolutely love the accommodations. The location is absolutely perfect. While staying here it is to quiet and relaxing you feel like you’ve found your own private slice of paradise. We’ve discovered that 10 days is the minimum amount of time we should vacation…..finally figured out what it feels like to truly relax!!!   We were here to celebrate our 27th anniversary and a much deserved vacation. Unit #105 could not have been a better choice to rest, relax and celebrate our anniversary. The surroundings are beautiful and the waves calming. We spent many of our 17 days here just enjoying the natural beauty of Hoyochi Nikko #105. A lot of that has to do with John maintaining the property – Pupus with John & Irene and the guests here was always memorable. Looking forward to a return visit to unit #105. Thanks Alex.   Since we’ve done all the tours and most activities we did some day trips, went to museums and took a drive to Haleakala, did turtle and whale watching.   Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We found everything we needed and more. Watching the waves, sunsets, sunrises and whales was awesome!! Time flew by and now we must sadly leave this paradise. We hope to return again sometime. We are school friends. We started 1st grade together in 1947, graduated in 1959.
