We stayed in this beach rental for two weeks this summer. From the entrance to the house, to the decor, to the bedrooms and the backyard, it was perfect and we enjoyed this charmer very much! We would certainly recommend this house to anyone. The beach was 2 blocks away and that was perfect for us. We give this beach rental an a+ on all accounts. We loved it so much that we are going to rent it again next year..the listing matched perfect to the actual house. The property was well kept to. The owner was quite helpful with answering all our questions before during and after we were gone. And last but certainly not least it was so close to Atlantic CIty casinos as well and the beach was great for the kids. Thanks for the great place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This nice house worked perfect for the 8 women who stayed for a week in mid-May. The living room is very small, but the decks & back yard are good conversation places. The location was great for going to Philadelphia, Statue of Liberty from the New Jersey side, & of course Atlantic City. We had a rainy week, so did not get to enjoy the beach, but the house was very close for walking down to the beach. Also nice to have the washer & dryer. Some of the ladies said the mattresses on their beds were very hard, but the master bed was very comfortable. We were visited by ants in the bathrooms. All in all a good price for a May get together! Thanks for always having a quick response on getting us information & the return security deposit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
