My wife and I have had the opportunity to travel a fair bit over the last few years. This was the 1st time we have used VRBO and we were treated to a very pleasant surprise. Our suite owned by Jack and Michelle was beautiful past our expectations. We were enterained daily by the whales as they swam by our little part of paradise. I would recommend this suite without hesitation. In fact, we liked it so much we emailed the owners to book it again for a longer period next year. There are some great eatieries within walking distance and places to buy groceries. Access to the many on site BBQ's and the social interactions while cooking add to the excellent experience.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

re-uniting after 24 years, Lynda & I could not have found a more perfect place to stay at the Maui Banyan. This unit is perfectly decorated, furnished and supplied. It is the perfect place for a couple, amenities are excellent. The kitchen was perfect for preparing romantic means on the Lanai. We will be back next year.

We had a fabulous Maui vacation . This condo is very updated and is beautifully decorated. It is very clean and well maintained,has a very confortable bed and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.Enjoyed the lanai with the views of the ocean and the sunsets.Love the location of the Maui Banyan and its close proximity to Kamaole 2 beach. The owners made the rental process very easy and their information and pictures are very accurate. I would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Jack and Michelle for the use of your condo. Had a wonderful time staying in Maui. Condo was fabulous, the perfect location. Would recommend this property to everyone. Pool was great, never a problem with parking if you rent a car. Condo is stocked with everything you could need for pool and beach. Owners are wonderful to deal with. Also FYI- Taco Tuesdays at Fred's tacos just down the road is a great deal, 808 cafe perfect place to grab a sandwhich. If you go snorkeling to Molikini go on the boat the Four Winds II. Best Boat in the marina. If you want to go to Lahaina, go early to get parking.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed to be your home away from home. Pool and ocean view from the lanai are great; can see the sunset from there. Maui Banyan grounds and pool very clean and well kept. Condo close to shopping, restaurants and many great beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This really is a lovely place, with every creature comfort a person could want. Very comfortable bed, beautiful location with partial ocean view, in a peaceful garden setting. Outstanding kitchen, nice dining area, good wireless connection, adjacent to Kamaole beach number 2. We rent from VRBO frequently, and so have a good comparative basis for judgement; ours is that this is an excellent choice.

My wife and I had a great time at the condo. We were there in September, 2010. It was very well appointed and we found everything we needed stocked. We especially liked the location with a nice view from the third floor. We enjoyed watching sunsets over the ocean from the balcony. It was also close to the beach and fun restaurants and shops. The owner sent us pictures and they were accurate. We have stayed at the Maui Banyon before and felt this condo was the nicest that we have experienced, due to its location and view. The Maui Banyon staff were friendly and kept the grounds well. The pool and barbecue area were cleaned every day and we were able to entertain family and friends for a fun dinner. We look forward to vacationing there again.

The Maui Banyan was amazing! The condo had nice upgrades and spectacular views from the lanai. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Great Condo! We had a wonderful stay here and didn't want to leave. We enjoyed all the meals off the lanai with the awesome view of the ocean and mountain. We also enjoyed the updates made to the condo - very nice! This place had everything we needed!

This property was wonderful and totally satisfied our desires and needs. The unit has everything that you need from a washer/dryer, to beach chairs and everything in between. The balcony was a great place for a sip of wine and beautiful view. I like the privacy as you do not see your neighbor's balcony. The furniture was very nice, the bed very comfortable. We would definitely come to this unit again upon our return trip to Maui. Besides that the owners are very very communicative and great to do business with. Everything said about this condo is right on. Kihei is very centrally located to many beaches and we really liked where this condo was located. It is very close to some wonderful restaurants, shopping and beaches in Wailea as well. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Stay from Feb 17 - March 10, 2009 The condo was as nice as ever. (Our ninth year!) For the first time we encountered cool and dark days with some strong winds. Still a good time and enough sun to get tan. We, of course are very dissapointed that G-305 is already reserved for next Feb. We liked the key card feature- very convenient. We have stayed at the Maui Banyan many times. This trip we were only three instead of five so we chose a one bedroom unit. G-305 did not disappoint us. It has everything and more. We really appreciated the King Size bed and quality sofa bed. Building G is the best location of all, for pool, beach, parking, BBQ. The 3rd floor is nice, easy walk up and lovely view. Our 15 year old daughter was quite happy to have her own bath. We will be back.

Stayed 2 weeks November here at Maui Banyan G-305. This is the best located, nicest condo with 2 bathrooms, great showers, large flat screen TV and open bedroom with sliding screens if desired. Pool and BBQ right below, and covered garage is directly across from unit. Kam II beach 80 yards away. Did not need a/c, the 2 ceiling fans are great. Extremely convenient for everything.
