Our SUPERB villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large family room that overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi. Safety fence in the pool area. FREE HIGHSPEED INTERNET ACCESS, There is also a large dining area. The large kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast nook together with a breakfast bar. BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONED GAMES ROOOM, 8’ pool table, 7'air hockey table, 6’ foosball, electronic dartboard and many more games.
The villa has luxury furnishings throughout with a multi-channel cable 35" TV, video, and CD player in the family room. There are also large TV's in every room. No Smoking allowed.
The King master bedroom has a large en suite which consists of corner bath with large walk-in shower and separate toilet, which leads to the pool area. The Queen master bedroom also has an en suite. There are two further twin bedrooms that share their own bathroom. The villa can sleep ten people and there is also a "put you up" for a child if required, i.e. it is suitable for two families.
The 30' x 15' heated and flood-lit pool together with the 8' Jacuzzi and large sundeck area is screened and fenced for privacy. It is situated on INDIAN CREEK, two miles south of WEST HIGHWAY 192. It is located near to many local shops, restaurants, and DISNEY.
