The location is unbeatable. This area of the Strand (our boardwalk!) is very private, as the homes are raised above passerby's allowing for privacy even on the deck and jacuzzi tub. Less foot-traffic than the central Manhattan Beach area near the pier, though you can use our bicycles to get to that busier part of town in just minutes. Also within easy walking distance (a couple blocks) are many excellent restaurant, yoga studios, bars, shopping, hair-stylists, etc. For those thinking of trying their hand on a surfboard, this is the spot-- known as one of LA county's best surfing waves. Lots of vicarious enjoyment to be had as well, as the best of the best often surf here right in front of the house! This really is the best of both worlds... laid back beach living with the all the comforts of Manhattan Beach!
