The Eagle's Nest has four bedrooms and three baths across three levels. It has a fully complimented kitchen. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are new and comfortable (beds include: 2 Kings, 1 queen, 2 full, 2 queen sofa, 1 full size futon, 1 full size sofa, 1 twin roll-away, 1 crib. There is a wood burning stove located off the kitchen/dining room. The lower floor is finished and comfortable. The private yard/deck overlooks Washoe Valley.
There is a two car garage and a oversized driveway for easy RV access. Most notably, this house is very private as it sits in the middle of 5 acres which is NOT IN A NEIGHBORHOOD. The view of Washoe Valley is spectacular. The Eagle's Nest will comfortably accommodate up to 14 and is the perfect private get away retreat. The home is a great alternative for sports teams, family reunions, weddings, relatives coming to visit etc.
