  We recently rented this charming little house and it was perfect for twp people and a dog.The house had all the comforts of home plus a hot tub. Good location, close enough to the beach, downtown Morro bay as well as slo.The bed in the master was a little hard if you are used to a soft bed. We will definitely use this place in the future.

  From the moment I arrived at Pet Friendly acres, I was greeted by the warm and extremely friendly owner followed by her dog Mijo and her newest addition to the family, her puppy Ollie. That puppy is so adorable, he reminds me of an uncle of mine by the same name. The accomodations were excefptional right down to the smallest detail including cleanliness, and a spacious enclosed patio with a soothing hot tub. This cozy cottage was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals and entertain guests. The property is breathtaking , complete with stables and two amazing horses that I quickly became friends with as soon as I realized that they liked carrots. They enjoyed munching them right from my hands. The location was easily accessible to Morro Bay and the state park, Montana de Oro and the quaint little village of Baywood. I truely enjoyed the calm seclusion and peaceful surroundings. I slept like a princess.I highly recommend this 5 star get-away!!

  A delightful little cottage, simply but very comfortably appointed. This is a quiet location, well positioned to great hiking or walking. If you like bird watching, this is nirvana.

  A charming, quiet and comfortable little cottage.....plus it's pet friendly! Can't say enough about this place. It's definitely a "home away from home" with everything you need for your stay at your fingertips. The owners are sincerely wonderful people who have added many personal touches to the place to make it feel very inviting. My husband & I enjoyed it so much that at the end of our stay here we decided to take a little trip up the coast until it was available again and now we're back enjoying it for a second time. That says it all!! I highly recommend it.

  After our daughter's Cal Poly graduation and upcoming move from the area, we were looking for a place to vacation nearby and found this charming little gem that was pet friendly too. We truly felt it was our home away from home offering all we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay for us and our golden retriever. The hot tub & enclosed yard were an added bonus and a welcome addition after a day of hiking or kayaking in the bay. The owners were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming and we would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful, quiet and clean getaway with easy access to local communities of SLO, Avila Beach, Cayucos, Cambria and the charm and beauty this area has to offer. Great Thai food at Noi's and Lotus and Mexican at La Casita in town. Thank you Susanne and Greg - it was a pleasure meeting you and we hope to return soon.

  We had a wonderful time at this beautiful little cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were there for our son's graduation from Cal Poly and had several people for a barbecue afterwards. The backyard was big enough for us to put out extra tables and chairs and the kids had a great time. The fire pit (bowl) was a big hit when it cooled down in the evening. Our younger son enjoyed the horses and we had fun feeding them a few carrots! Suzanne was wonderful and gave us some extra chairs when we needed them. We would highly recommend this property. It was nice to be a little out of SLO on a busy weekend!

  I was so fortunate to have found this little cottage for a two-week stay. The cottage is cozy and peaceful--a perfect retreat while I attended training in SLO. The cottage is within close proximity to SLO, Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. The property owner was VERY accommodating and gracious! I highly recommend this property!

  Cozy cottage with high wooden fence, hot tub. Perfect for lodging with dog. Street is very quiet, as it's on a dead end. Kitchen was sufficient for our purposes (breakfast and one dinner) Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo are close enough for dining out and have good restaurants. We had fabulous fried oysters at Dockside in Morro Bay. Good sized bed (Cal.King?) and super compfortable. Avila Beach has a great dog beach area- we spent a good hour there throwing the tennis ball to Molly. Hiked Cerro Alto - reasonably strenuous 3 hrs with dog (watch out for poison oak). Don't miss Thurs.night in San Luis Obispo - it's a hoot. Went wine tasting west of Paso Robles - weather was great for leaving a dog in the car while sipping. Best Pinot Noir: Adelaida!!! I would definately recommend this place (the Cottage AND the area) as a get-away with a dog.

  We were so fortunate to have this fantastic gem for a week. The location is perfectly situated on a lovely property that is peaceful and relaxing. Clean and cozy accommodations with a wonderful family feel. Great local knowledge in your amazing hosts, who will direct you to superb pizza @ Planet, amazing baked goods @ Carlock's, and beaches and hiking galore. Once you stay here you will go back again and again. We highly recommend it, five stars, without a doubt!!
