Our family stayed at the cabin in 2009. We have traveled to many locations in Minnesota and this trip was by the far the most relaxing. Usually by the end of a week long vacation the family is ready in the last days to head home. Not this trip. It was great! Location is excellent. The cabin and furnishings are above expectations. The cabin is awesome. This cabin has charm, comfort, and is nestled amongst long standing pines. The boat ramp is right there. The lake is very weedy. Being an avid fisherman, I fished daily and covered the entire lake. We caught large numbers of large mouth in the four to five pound range. We also caught numerous northerns ranging up to 12 pounds. The cabin has it's own beach and dock. Our kids loved the hammock. I cannot express how relaxing and beautiful our stay was at the cabin.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children.
