The house is luxuriously furnished and everything is brand-new. This house is literally brand new - we closed on the new construction in late July of 2002. There are few brand new properties on Anna Maria - most rental properties on the island are 70's style ranch houses and offer few amenities. This house has all the amenities of a luxury villa - private heated pool and spa, truly everything you are used to in your own home plus more. The walk to the best beach in North America is about 8 minutes. We found ourselves staying by the private pool alot - the kids loved the pool. The house being so new has never been rented, nor lived in ( short of the two weeks we stayed there when we were furnishing the property) Anna Maria is truly the last unspoiled island area in Florida, near a major airport,that hasn't been overdeveloped. No high rises, mostly single family or duplexes. If you like unspoiled, white sand beaches, laid back fishing, great resteraunts and all the sun you can handle - you will absolutely love this place. But we are biased - let us know what you think!
