Newly refurnished this year. Located high on the bluffs of Blue Mountain Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this beach front home is available for your family vacation. Four bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 10- 3 kings, 1 set twin bunks, 1 queen sofa sleeper. The front bedrooms have king beds and seperate adjoining bathrooms. The separate back bedrooms have a king bed and bunk beds. The two back bedrooms share a full bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub. A pull out queen sofa sleeper in the living area provides an additional bed for a total maximum occupancy of ten people.
The great room is a combination of living, dining, and kitchen area. A 42 inch LCD TV, Stereo, and VCR/DVD is provided. WIFI, cable tv, and unlimited long distance is provided.
A wet bar is in the hallway. Kitchen is all equipped including a dishwasher and 2 microwave ovens. The house is situated on a half acre lot with over 100 feet on the Gulf of Mexico. Overlooking the gulf is a 20' X 10' deck for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Also, there is a formal garden with a huge rose trellis- feel free to pick the flowers. A side patio with a fire pit and in 2010 an outside kitchen will be available.
Rentals from Saturday to Saturday with one week minimum. Parking for 5 cars.
