This beautifully decorated gulf front condo features all of the comforts of home and the peace and beauty of Okaloosa Island’s powder white beaches. Our condo is the perfect retreat for couples and families hoping to enjoy the amenities of Destin without the hassle of its crowds.

This luxury one bedroom condo includes a bunk area and a pull-out sofa allowing you to comfortably sleep six. In addition to television sets in both the bedroom and living area, we also provide television sets and a DVD player in both bunks--just one more way we hope to make the stay more pleasurable for both you and your children!

Pelican Isle is a quiet, upscale property in the middle of the Emerald Coast. You’ll find a heated pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center just downstairs and a beach with chair and umbrella service included only a few steps away. Enjoy ocean sunsets and a beautiful view of both the ocean and the pool from the comfort of your balcony.

Okaloosa Island is a charming community featuring a historical movie theater and shopping district and a variety of locally owned and operated restaurants and businesses.   • I'm writing this comment from the couch of the condo, as I look over the balcony to the white sand beach. Beautiful. The place looks exactly as advertised. We are here 5/2/09 - 5/9/09 ... to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. It's been wonderful. We would consider returning or recommending to friends. It's been a great vacation!

  • We just got back from the beach 9/18 and really enjoyed the condo. It is great for kids. My 3 year old loved the bunk beds with tv/dvd player and sand toys! The condo is tastefully decorated and is so nice to have 2 baths as opposed to some 1 bedrooms that only have 1 bath. We were last minute travelers and Kristin was so good to work with. We will definitely try to stay here again.
