42 inch HDTV in the Master bedroom, 37 inch HDTV in the family room and 32 inch HDTV in the guest room. These TVs receive over the air HD transmissions for ABC, NBC, CBS,FOX, and PBS as well as showing all your usual cable channels.

The condo was built in 2002. This unit was PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED AND REFURBISHED IN 2005 WITH BRIGHT COLORS ON ALL WALL AND CEILINGS. Tropical Theme with bright colors. It is a great family unit. You will love the easy access to the pool, hot tub and beach.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and large tub. The second bedroom has twin beds Across the hall is a separate Bunk Room. All sleeping areas have their own TV/DVD combo 4 TVS, 4 DVDS, . There is also a queen sleeper sofa.

This location is fantastic. Seven miles from the airport. Walk to the fishing pier, nearby restaurants and the Gulfarium. Great shopping, Big Kahuna's water park, movie theatres, Silver Sands Outlet mall and Destin Commons are only a few miles away. THE GROCERY STORE AND BLOCKBUSTER ARE LESS THATN ONE MILE AWAY. Destin's beautiful harbor is four miles away and offers charter boat fishing, dolphin cruises and sunset sails. There are numerous restaurants close by with multiple fine dining sites just a few miles away in Destin
Between this gulfside unit and the Bayside building, you will have up to FIVE POOLS AND TREE HOT TUBS and a KIDDY POOL to choose from. The largest is 5000 square feet and is located a few steps from your patio. The bayside area has a lazy river and you can reach via an elevated Sky Bridge between the buildings. Use the zero entry pool and hop on a free yellow float for a ride around the lazy river. There is also a waterfall feature at the bayside pool. You can use the Ramada Splash Playground just a few steps away.
THE BEACH IS JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY.
To reach the beach you only have to walk up a few steps to cross the protective dunes. Four barbeque grills are available. OVER 2000 SQUARE FOOT FITNESS CENTER WITH STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT. The bay offers fishing, crabbing and windsurfing. A small boat and jet ski rental site is next door to the bayside building.
Seasonal Beach service ( chairs and an umbrellas) and beach activity rental service available. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. The sand is fine and white and the beach is deep with plenty of room for building sandcastles, flying kites and throwing balls. Turn left at the ocean and quickly enter a 4 mile stretch of undeveloped land and empty beach.
Key code entry. No keys to lose. ON SITE MANAGEMENT can take care of any problems. Receive the same service and on site management that you would get if you rented through Destin West Beach and Bay Resort.

Why the Owner Chose Destin West Beach and Bay Resort
We love the uncrowded beach, the large pool and the lazy river. It is so easy to get to the heart of Destin but you do not have to deal with the traffic headaches for short trips to the grocery store.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We try to make both our units as nice as possible so that any one who stays in them will always request our unit on a return visit. We include the beach service with each rental and are continually upgrading the units. There are flat screen HDTVs in each unit and the kitchen has every amenity you would expect at home. They are both decorated in a tropical decor reminiscent of our favorite entertainer, Jimmy Buffett

My wife and I bought this unit in 2007 after vacationing at Destin West for the prior three years and in Destin for the prior 15 years. We bought our second unit in July 2011 after seeing the continued attraction that the Destin West complex has for many vacationers.
