Master Cottage - USVI - Water Island Vacation Rental We invite you to join us, stay in a unique Caribbean cottage in Sun King Villa. Whatever special occasion you're celebrating, we can make it an memorable experience. Currently we are offering our cottage with its own deck to our guests. This cottage has breathtaking views of the water as well as garden views with lots of open deck space. It's the perfect place to relax, take quiet walks and swim at a nearby private beach. Sun King Villa is located in Sprat Bay, a private gated community. Sprat Bay has only 19 residences of which this is one of the few available for rental. We take pride in interesting wild life especially turtles, iguanas, hermit crabs and birds as well as our local plants. We also have an additional cottage available on the same property.
