Lido Isle in Newport Beach is located on the California Riviera. This is my personal home that you will enjoy with all the personal amenities to make your stay a wonderful experience.
This home is a only for those that will appreciate and respect in my home and enjoy them. SORRY BUT THIS IS NOT A KID/PET FRIENDLY HOME.And this home is SMOKE FREE.
The living, dining and kitchen are open to the patio facing the Estrada and is perfect for indoor/outdoor living with a bubbling and soothing water fountain.
Walk 5 doors to rub your toes in the sand on the bay or just a few blocks to the Pacific Ocean. The house has wood floors except for the master which is carpeted. The kitchen has granite tops and supplied with china and crystal. The master bath is done in tumbled limestone with a rain head shower.
The island is perfect for a romantic walk in the evening, a bike ride, a walk to the Lido Marina Village for shopping, restaurants and cinema or boat and bike rentals.
