The building is just a few feet from the Pacific Ocean. The closest building to the water in Hawaii, On a point of land (the shoreline receeds back on each side of the building) providing the best views on Maui.

There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, an island, Italian tiled floors and a dropped ceiling with indirect lighting.

The views are dramatic with the islands of Molokai and Lanai directly in front, there is a sensation of actually being on the ocean, a feeling of being on top of the world as you watch the whales breach and the rainbows and the sunsets. Views of the snorkeling reef are directly below.

There is an unobstructed north view down the beach from the side window.

Many guests say this is the best view on Maui. It truly is spectacular!

  • In February 2009, we stayed in this unit for our third time. We just love it!! We always go to Hawaii during whale watching season, and just sit on the lanai with our binoculars and spend the days watching these beautiful animals. The condo has everything you could ask for and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. WE LOVE IT!!!

  • We had a hard time leaving the condo. Everything we came to Hawaii to see was visble from our private lanai. We saw monk seals, whales, dolphins, turtles, and lots of other marine life and we did not have to drive anywhere.
