This spectacular resort is an amenity packed vacation wonderland, beautifully complimented by approximately 750 feet of breathtaking ocean coastline! The Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular family vacation destinations the Carolina's have to offer! This RECENTLY RENOVATED, two bedroom, two full bath end unit condo directly overlooks the pool and new Lazy River from the third floor. Use the stairs and enjoy cooking out and eating at the picnic table just outside the pool & lazy river or use the elevator for quick access to parking, beach and all other amenities. Because this is an end unit you have a window in your kitchen and master bedroom for a light and bright setting. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and master bathroom and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a full hall bathroom. The living room has a new, beachy striped, queen size sofa bed and love seat, TV/DVD player, laminate wood floors in the bedrooms, hall and living room for an allergy free environment.
The condo is located in the "A" building on the 3rd floor right across from the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hot tub and gym in the ‘B” building. Our condo is convenient to the ramp for easy access and unloading of groceries and convenient to the laundry facility.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS/ACTIVITIES: Opening in 2008!!! THE HARD ROCK PARK...approximately 15 minutes away on US 501...will include more than 40 attractions on 140 acres, a multi-purpose live music amphitheater, shows and state-of-the-art sound systems - uniquely developed for the project, roller coasters, children’s play areas, restaurants, cafes and retail stores!
There are approximately 130 golf courses and hundreds of restaurants all located within a five to sixty minute drive of the resort; the Grand Coastal Mall is an easy 10 minute drive. Broadway at the Beach is approximately 15-20 minutes away. Surfside Beach, Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island are right down the road! Georgetown, Charleston, Hilton Head Is. and Kiawah Is. are all within easy driving distance to the South.
