HEAR THE WAVES in Sundial S404. Our vacation home is newly decorated, spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo located at the exclusive family Sundial Beach Resort. The condo has a BREATH-TAKING, PANARAMIC VIEW overlooking the pool out to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sunset skies. The kitchen area has been opened to the spacious living room and dining room for a 'great room' effect. There is a triple stack sliding door leading out to the screened lanai and an unbelievable direct Gulf View. It has a top floor location (elevator right by) for an expanded view of the gulf. This condo is just steps to the beach, great for families with children!!
The condo is vacation homes that are family friendly, each furnished with full kitchen, washer & dryer, 4 TVs, DVD & VCR players, stereo, movies, games, books, a high chair, travel crib and beach towels & chairs. We have installed all the luxuries of a vacation. Each condo has a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest, 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each condo is also family friendly with our own beach towels, high chair, travel crib and sand toys.

Sundial Resort is centrally located on Sanibel Island's Middle Gulf Drive. As a private owner guest you always have free access to 4 gulf-side heated swimming pools, BBQ grill, High Speed WIFI and miles of pristine white sandy beach to explore. You also have the option to purchase additional Sundial Resort amenities for $25/day/adult, kids free with paid adult - 3 day minimum. The additional amenity package includes use of the main lobby pool area, use of restaurant and shop, children’s Eco Center, use of tennis courts, and use of the fitness center. You have the option to sign up upon your arrival, or save money by not using the additional amenities. Don't forget - just like any other Sanibel Island complex, you will always have free use of the 4 large pools on site, miles of beach, high speed wireless internet and BBQ grills.

About the owner: My name is Diane Nowaczyk and I have owned vacation condos on Sanibel Island, Florida for more than 15 years. My family has been traveling to the island since I was a child. For most of us, Sanibel Island is a fond childhood memory and now we find ourselves taking our own children and grandchildren back to show them the famous Cheeburger Cheeburger, Bubble Room, Ding Darling Reserves or just spend the day shelling on the beaches. I am happy to share my experience of renting condos and homes on Sanibel Island. I currently own two condos at the Sundial Resort. In our family, we have owned condos throughout several other complexes on the islands. I take the time to regularly visit many of these condos and complexes so that I can see them first hand and provide up to date advise. It is important to me that I rent you something I would rent my own family.

Our kids love to spend the day between swimming in the warm gulf waters or the heated swimming pool. They never get tired of building sand castles and seeking the famous Sanibel Junonia seashell. With over 22 miles of paved bike paths, we all have fun biking to our favorites shops and ice cream at Periwinkle Place. Our teenagers love to bike up to Sanibel Bean (Sanibel's version of Starbucks) for their cappuccino mocha.
