Our 2 bedroom, 1+1/2 bathroom beach house is just like home except for the teeny difference of walking out your door and being on Myrtle Beach in a matter of minutes! The best part, is that when you get to the beach, as our guest, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella will be waiting for you daily for the entire length of your stay(June,July,August). Whether you decide to walk the beach to add to your shell collection or grab some lunch at one of the many surrounding restaurants, your little "spot" of paradise will be waiting for you!
Our beach house is less like the typical vacation rental and more like an actual home at the beach. As you enter our place into the generous sized dining room, you'll find a full size, well stocked kitchen with everything you would expect - a stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker (you'll like that in June, July, August!), dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The first floor also features a half bathroom, a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and the newly decorated livingroom that has a pull out queen sofa bed. Just off of the livingroom is a large patio which is one of 3 of the home's outdoor spaces. In addition to the patio, each bedroom has its very own private balcony on the second floor.
Upstairs you'll find 2 private bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin size beds. Both rooms have their own television with cable and a DVD player. All of your bed linens are provided.
A full bathroom with a shower and tub combination completes the second floor.
Parking is available right outside of the home in Hurl Rock Village's private parking lot.
Our townhome, although quiet and private, is right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Many restaurants, mini golf, and shopping can be walked to and all of the Grand Strand's attractions are minutes away, including the new Hard Rock Amusement Park.
As if all of this wasn't enticing enough, one more perk we have to offer is, because we are also owners of condominiums in the Bluewater Resort, less than a tenth of a mile down the street from the beach house, you will have full access to all of the Blue water Resort's amenities, which include 4 outdoor swimming pools (one is oceanfront), 1 indoor swimming pool, 4 Jacuzzis, 3 kiddie pools, a lazy river, free wireless internet in the lobby of the resort.
We rent our home to those that are a minimum of 25 years of age unless you are a married couple. Our home is a smoke free home and we ask each of our guests to honor that. For your comfort,the townhouse is professionally cleaned between every guest. We do collect a $275 security deposit at the time of your reservation. The security deposit is refunded within a week of your departure provided that there was no damage, theft, or violation of rental agreement, during your stay. We ask for a half payment 60 days out from your arrival and that your vacation be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Deposits are refunded if the reservation is canceled 60 days prior to your arrival date.
