We just spent a wonderful week at John's property! Our group consisted of two couples each with a small child under two. Everyone agreed it was an awesome trip! The home is simply beautiful- luxury ammenities, fantastic patio, and stunning views of the ocean. We could easily walk to the nearby town which had some excellent restaurants, particularly Si Senor! The residents beach club is gorgeous with great food, very reasonably priced, and the staff was super with our little boys- highly recommend. We also really enjoyed traveling around Punta Mita with the golf cart, especially for a trip to the St. Regis spa which is lovely. We are already thinking about our return trip- don't think twice, just book it!! :)

This unit is truly luxurious, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Loved the decor, bedding, layout, and location. Everything in the condo is extremely high quality. We traveled with another family, both of us have young children, and there was plenty of space and privacy. (Do know that the room with the bunk beds is very small and bare bones. That said, our little boys didn't mind and thought the bunk beds were fun!) Being able to walk out to the pool and beach is fantastically convenient. Loved sitting on the patio both day and night - very relaxing. We used the golf cart daily to get around Punta Mita - it is a HUGE plus to this unit. The direct gated access to town is great. We loved being able to take a very short walk to the fun restaurants. All of Punta Mita feels exceptionally safe. The daily maid service was attentive and the condo is immaculate. Absolutely loved our trip!

the condo is fantastic, better than the description. The ground floor location is far superior to upper levels for enjoying and access to the outdoors. The resort property (to which you have great access) is fabulous. The owner is great and easy to deal with. Both the concierge and maid service are fantastic additions (think fully stocked kitchen and fridge upon arrival, and absolutely phenomenal freshly made guacamole and salsa mexicana daily). The small town next door was warm and friendly and felt very safe. I would return...tomorrow if I could and certainly plan to return!

Owner response: Many of our guests have commented that the pictures and description (as excellent as they are) don't do justice to the condo. Find out for yourself. John

i am not sure where to begin. easy pre-arrangement of the details of the trip, private chef on our arrival, groceries meticulously pre purchased for us, proximity to Four Seasons and St. Regis are all great reasons to stay here. but my favorite is that the beach is 25 paces from the back door, and trust me when i say this: you will not want to leave. thank you again, john, for a wonderful family getaway. we will be back. kaz

This was our 4th year vacationing in Punta Mita and our first time in this unit (at Hacienda de Mita). It is a spectacular spot. Gorgeous views, wonderful access to the pools and beach, and a beautiful unit with high-end furnishings. We will definitely return!

My husband and I, plus two other couples, stayed at this property from June 1 - 6, 2011. The pictures and description of this property were incredible and we were so excited for a relaxing time at such a beautiful place and location. When we walked into the unit, it took our breath away. It's beautiful; beautifully decorated, so comfortable and the views from inside are picture perfect. Everything inside the unit is very well thought out and of top quality. We rented a couple surfboards for the duration of our stay and surfed in the water right outside the property. There is a row of restaurants right next door. We didn't plan to cook during our stay, but the kitchen is so beautiful and has every kitchen amenity you could ever want, we ended up cooking quite a bit. (There are Mega grocery stores between Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita, so grocery shopping is no problem) The Beach clubs that we had access to added a very nice variety. We drove 25 minutes to a little beach town called Sayulita. Although a little touristy, it was a fun place to visit and shop. We found other local restaurants that served delicious tacos and went ziplining at a nearby location. I must say, we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the beauty of our surroundings at the condo. We would most certainly come back again! Sooner than later, hopefully!

That's what this vacation was...AMAZING!! I brought my wife here on a little get away and we both LOVED it. The condo and the view FAR exceeded what we were expecting. The condo could have easily held our family and the price was more than fair. The golf cart was a great extra and the condo was in a PERFECT spot for all the luxuries Punta Mita offers. We are already planning on bringing our family down and want to stay in the same place...Amazing Condo, Amazing place, Amazing deal. LOVED IT!!

Luxury Condo with a Great View!

Our family has rented condos and houses through VRBO many times, and this property was the best yet. Luxury appointed with great amenities! Walking right out to the pool or beach was definitely a plus and use of the golf cart made everything very accessible. Punta Mita is a quaint little village with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. You can learn to surf, snorkel, and whale watch when in season. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with wonderful accommodations and great weather, then this property is for you!

This condo was absolutely amazing! It was my first trip to Mexico and if/when I return, I will look to stay in this unit again. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained to the higest degree of luxury. The tranquility of both the pool and the ocean at your doorstep was something you only see in the movies. The owners were more than helpful in answering all our questions and concerns and were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this unit in a heartbeat - can't wait to go back!

Fantastic week at this beachfront condo. Beautifully furnished and wonderfully equipped. Location was great and we enjoyed all the amenities. Assoication gym was great and beach club perfect for hanging out during the day. For surfers, the surf out front was fun - beginner-style longboard wave. Lots of other waves in the area just a short boat ride away. Boat rides can be arranged from beach that is a short stoll away. Lots of great food of all styles and prices within walking distance. Owner and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Security deposit returned promptly. Highly recommend this place.

Our three generation family has just returned from the best vacation imaginable. Your spacious condo accommodateded us beautifully, allowing everyone that so beloved personal space. With two master chefs to please our every whim, we enjoyed ALL of our meals on the covered outdoor patio in a relaxed and enjoyable manner. The question of how to entertain a three year old granddaughter never occurred. She was free to visit with her parents and all four grandparents and then to leave the table to draw or "read" her books. What a treat our meals were compared with restaurant experiences. Our chefs were totally immersed in our dining, creating "mini" pancakes and other child sized delectable treats. We experienced paradise on earth and plan to repeat this incredible adventure.

We spent 8 nights in the condo this past week. It was absolutely glorious! The photos on the website depict the place perfectly. Working with the owner was a breeze. The concierge services available and the amenities of the development were impeccable. We enjoyed a stay with 3 adult couples and one 3 year old. The proximity of the pools, residents beach club and surf was perfect to meet the group's various desires. We also enjoyed beautiful sunrises each morning. We highly recommend and plan to return again next year.

This is bar none the best location and well appointed unit within the gates of the Four Seasons. This was our fifth trip to the resort and this place beats the rest! This unit is literally 20 steps to the pool and 30 to the ocean. The finishes and decor are high end and the unit is extremely spacious. The unit has every dish, glass, towel, etc you can imagine needing while your there and is imacculate. The Blatter's were so accomodating with EVERYTHING from the day we contacted them to the ride down to the airport you will have nothing to worry about. The Blatter's staff is excellent and at your disposal while you are there. The Hacienda Beach Club is just steps away as well as many excellent restaurants. As many others have commented...we will back! Soon!

Words can hardly express how much we enjoyed this vacation! Though we travel quite a bit and have been to many beautiful destinations, our entire family placed Punta Mita among our very favorite trips, unanimously voting to return next year. Your home's attention to detail was second to none. Whenever we needed something, we looked and there it was. The endless supply of towels and the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms made us feel like we could just move right in. We were a bit worried about traveling to Mexico in sweltering August, but the bonus was that we felt like we had all of Punta Mita just to ourselves. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, and making us feel less like renters, and more like your personal guests.

My wife and I just returned from a fun family weekend at this property. The house was ideal because, besides being upscale and luxe (with marble floors, granite countertops, pillowtop beds, spa-like bathrooms, etc), it was spacious enough to accommodate our crowd of six and comfortable enough to make us feel at home (flat screen TV, wireless internet, comfortable couches, access to any appliance you'd imagine, etc). From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious privacy we were offered at this perfectly situated little hacienda. Being on the ground floor, the outside porch opens onto a lush lawn, tranquil pools, sandy beach, rolling ocean waves, and picturesque mountain vistas. The views are incredible and provide the perfect backdrop to a margarita! We made use of the convenient pools and jacuzzi tub daily. And of the four days we were there, we never ran into another person -- we felt like it was our own private resort! But finding people and activities isn't hard either. The property is located mere yards from a neighboring fishing village. Each night, we'd walk to dinner where we had at least 7 different restaurants to choose from -- all delicious local cuisine. It was in this village where we also found a guide to take us on a snorkeling and whale watching trip to the nearby islands. The nature in Punta de Mita is incredible! I should also mention that we took advantage of the Beach Club which is a short drive away. Here, the sand is pristine and you have access to more pools and eating options, including those at the neighboring 4 Seasons. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering it -- I can't wait for my next visit!

We just want to let you know what a fabulous time we had in Punta de Mita. Your condo is breathtaking and more than we ever imagined. We were greeted by two friendly knowledgeable conceirges who showed us and gave us all the information we needed for a great trip. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. The master suite & bath is WOW!! Looking out the living room to the lanai and what felt like was our own private pool was amazing. One of our favorite days in Mexico was going to the Residents' Beach Club where we had luxurious lounge chairs & umbrellas. We were served drinks and food in the pool, as there is a table and sitting area in the pool. We then were given complimentary kayaks, which was a blast. We could go on forever about your condo, but I think we're out of character space. THANK YOU!!

What an amazing place!! Being on the ground floor was so convenient to the pools and beachfront. Perfect for families with children too. The condo was elegantly furnished like a grand hotel but still maintained a comfortable home feel. Wonderful !!!!

What a perfect place for a vacation! This was truly a fabulous location--it is not possible to get any closer the the beach. We especially loved the veranda (fully furnished!) where we could sit outside anytime of the day or night and see/hear the waves on the beach. It made me wish I knew how to surf! We loved the furnishings in this condo also--clearly a designer's touch everywhere. There were plenty of linens, all excellent quality, and the kitchen was well-stocked for the gourmet cook. When we didn't want to make our own dinner, it was fun to stroll over to Cafe des Artiste; the food there was terrific. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in your beachfront hacienda!

We had a fantastic time staying at your Condo in Puenta Mita. The house was decorated to perfection. The bedding was clean and high quality, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, this was a perfectly warm and inviting condo. We would love to bring the children here as well. We were in the best location so that we could walk 20 steps to the beach club, ten steps to the pool, twenty steps to the ocean. Because of the outdoor setting, we felt like we were continuously close to the ocean, hearing the waves and feeling the peace it brings. The location of this condo could not have been more perfect. I would return here again and again. All of our needs were met at this condo. Thank you again, Francine Miller

My stay in Punta Minta was one of the most relaxing and delightful vacations I have been on. The accommodations were fantastic.Staying on the ground floor provided easy access to the beach and the pool.The natural environment felt as though it were and extension of the house.I was able to walk outside and do yoga with only the sound of the waves crashing. Every possible amenity was provided... even the water was filtered. I can't wait for next year!
