This new million dollar town home is nestled atop of the cliffs at the “The Bluffs” directly above the "Old Mill District". With unobstructed panoramic views of the mountains, Bend’s Old Mill District and the Deschutes River, you may not want to leave for your daily activities. Visit The Old Mill District with its new restaurants, shopping and theaters all within easy walking distance. Or explore the many bike paths and wonderful park right below the premises on the beautiful Deschutes River. The recreation possibilities are endless.

This adult oriented home offers a spacious dual level open floor plan which boasts two large master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, as well as a walk-in closet and luxuriously appointed master bath(s). The upstairs master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub while the downstairs master bathroom has a large soaking tub. Both of these bathrooms have double sinks and a separate showers. The Jr. Suite is located adjacent to the loft and has its own queen size bed. This suite also has its own full size bath and shower. The Jr. Suite bathroom is shared with the loft area in which we have a queen sleeper sofa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully appointed for those of you who wish show off your cooking skills. It is open to the dining and living room and is perfect for cozy family gatherings. Barstools allow for a relaxed eating area, or the adjoining large dining room table provides space for a more formal eating experience.

Home entertainment doesn’t get much better. There are two Sony LCD flat panel TVs. One on each level of the house allows for optimum entertaining flexibility. Each unit is equipped with a DVD player for watching movies, or you can easily attach a video recorder or digital camera to the inputs on the side of the TV to review the day’s pictures or videos. A docking station in the loft upstairs also allows you to listen to your favorite tunes from your iPod. And for those of you who wish to “Surf the Web,” WI-FI is included as is basic TV cable.

Our goal is to cater to the more discerning customer. With this in mind, we have furnished our home with the very best furniture and fixtures. No expense was spared.   • We had such an amazing time at your beautiful home! Extremely well cared for with all new furnishings, this home was the perfect retreat for us over the long weekend. It has a gorgeous view over the river and city below and is close to dinners, recreation, and shopping. The neighborhood is very nice and when we pulled up we were surprised by a welcome basket- something that in all my times of renting I have never experienced- so thoughtful! Very comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and a great living room with flat screen TV and wi-fi. We will surely be back over the winter to use your place again for a ski trip. Thanks again!   • My wife and two children(ages 10 and 7) had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Bend. This townhome is spectacular! The views are fabulous, the location ideal, and the furnishings are luxurious, yet comfortable. This is the equivalent of a first class resort. We definitely plan to return.

  • All I can say is "WOW"! From the moment we walked in the front door we were impressed. This home is not for the "average" guest, you must be someone who enjoys beautiful furnishings, exquisitive taste in decorating and an appreciation for a top of the line home! Obviously the views are beautiful and it is centrally located but the extra touches (welcoming wine& goodie basket, laundry detergent there to use, comfortable bedding) and access to the owners if you need anything, is what sets them apart. I felt right at home while visiting and probably had 6 of the best nights sleep ever! Wendy is such a gracious host and not only did we "click" right away but we promised that this will be our next rental of choice when we return to Bend. Wendy, thank you for going "above and beyond" and creating a wonderful, memorable experience for my husband and I. We WILL be back!
