We spent 4 days in this beautiful home. Even with six women and we had plenty of space and bathrooms. The views are wonderful, and this home had everything you could possibly want, easy access to freeways, and walking distance to lots of nice places. Wendy even provided us with a list of local restaurants, what they serve and the phone numbers. The last night we were there, we brought food, brought it and just enjoyed the view from the deck. We will be back!

Beautiful House in an Amazing Location!

My family and I stayed in this townhome over the weekend and it was sheer perfection. I honestly can not say enough about this house....it is immaculate and it is BEAUTIFUL. Two master suites, both with huge bathtubs made us all feel like the king of the castle. The location near the Old Mill District is super convenient and we were able to watch and listen to the concerts at the amphitheatre from the decks that overlook the Old Mill area. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable with everything from restaurant tips to complimentary microwave popcorn. We are looking forward to our next vacation in Bend and we have all agreed that we will be staying here exclusively from now on :)

Fantastic Views, Luxury, and Great Location

This is a beautiful, extremely clean, well appointed, and comfortable condominium in a great location close to shopping, downtown, restaurants, and public parks and walking trails along the Deschutes River. We were greeted each morning and evening with flights of ducks and geese coming and going to and from the river and all day with spectacular views of the mountains: Mt. Bachelor, Broken Top, and others. This condominium is a terrific home base for skiing at Mt. Bachelor and many other outdoor activities in the area. This home reminded us of why we miss Bend so much. Wendy (the owner) was great to work with and has the place stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We plan to stay here again as soon as we can!

My husband and I just spent a long weekend here with our three grown children...kind of a reunion. This home is everything the pictures promise - very upscale decor, but also very "homey" and comfortable. We felt like we were arriving home at our own place. The condo is the most well furnished place we have ever rented - down to sugar, creamer, coffee filters, condiments in the refrigerator - even a flash light! In addition, the owner was the easiest to work with (and most communicative!) of all VRBO owners I've ever dealt with. Easy walk across the street to Old Mill shops and restaurants; easy drive to downtown Bend. Great walking path across the street along the river. We will definitely return! Great place for two couples or families.

Our month at the Bluffs was fantastic. This home is beautifully furnished and decorated. We were delighted with the Christmas decorations, a surprise that made us feel right at home. It has a spectacular view that is always interesting; rivers, mountains, snow, clouds, joggers, dog park, flags, ducks, sparkling lights, even rainbows. Convenient location to shopping, movies and restaurants. Ski shuttle 5 minute drive. Wonderful park along the river. Walked everywhere, even in the snow! Owner is helpful and easy to work with. Would certainly rent it again.

We stayed at the condo for the entire month of November and had a wonderful time. The property is well located, well furnished and has terrific views of the Deschutes River and The Old Mill district. The Bend trail system is ideal for walkers, hikers and bikers. This home is perfectly located to enjoy that resource. The owner is a pleasure to work with and the home is everything indicated at VRBO.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days. It was gorgeous, comfortable and had all the amenities one could hope for. I especially appreciated how clean it was and how accommodating the hosts were. I can hardly wait to come back. The views are spectacular, and the location is perfect.

We had such an amazing time at your beautiful home! Extremely well cared for with all new furnishings, this home was the perfect retreat for us over the long weekend. It has a gorgeous view over the river and city below and is close to dinners, recreation, and shopping. The neighborhood is very nice and when we pulled up we were surprised by a welcome basket- something that in all my times of renting I have never experienced- so thoughtful! Very comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and a great living room with flat screen TV and wi-fi. We will surely be back over the winter to use your place again for a ski trip. Thanks again! My wife and two children(ages 10 and 7) had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Bend. This townhome is spectacular! The views are fabulous, the location ideal, and the furnishings are luxurious, yet comfortable. This is the equivalent of a first class resort. We definitely plan to return.

All I can say is "WOW"! From the moment we walked in the front door we were impressed. This home is not for the "average" guest, you must be someone who enjoys beautiful furnishings, exquisitive taste in decorating and an appreciation for a top of the line home! Obviously the views are beautiful and it is centrally located but the extra touches (welcoming wine& goodie basket, laundry detergent there to use, comfortable bedding) and access to the owners if you need anything, is what sets them apart. I felt right at home while visiting and probably had 6 of the best nights sleep ever! Wendy is such a gracious host and not only did we "click" right away but we promised that this will be our next rental of choice when we return to Bend. Wendy, thank you for going "above and beyond" and creating a wonderful, memorable experience for my husband and I. We WILL be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this fabulous unit at the Bluff's in Bend. The house is absolutely beautiful, nicely furnished and decorated and has breathtaking views over the Deschutes river and the Old Mill district. Moreover, Wendy the owner prepared a very kind welcome note and goodies basket, which made us feel at home right away. Thank you so much for the great stay in Bend.
