My cottage divides Lake Ontario and Sodus Bay. You will witness some of the most spectacular sunsets, watch the sail boat races from the sundeck, admire the bald eagles flying overhead searching for food. Fish in one of the largest lakes in the United States, which is the gateway to Canada and to the 1000 islands.

This cottage has been fully renovated from top to bottom. On beach view #1, a 30-foot sun deck was added on the Lake Ontario side for entertaining or just relaxing and catching some rays. If you want relaxation, privacy, spectacular views, swimming, walking the sandy beaches for shells, color glass and antique pottery, it's all here to take you away from your everyday work element and home routine. Beach view #2 will be ready to rent from May 1, 2008 on. Beach view #2 is next door to beach view #1. This cottage will sleep 4. Great for family and friends who want to vacation together.

THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED APON INSPECTION BY THE OWNER AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE Handicapped Accessible Kid Friendly: Swimming, fishing, tubing, jet skiing, Sodus Point is 2 minutes by boat. Ice cream, carnivals, putt putt video arcades, etc. Minimum Age Limit for Renters Smoking Allowed: Only out side of the cottage.
