This clean, tastefully furnished, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo is located right across the street from the beautiful white sandy Residence Beach of Marco Island. This is one of the few highly desirable 2nd floor corner units, with extra amenities than the other Mariner Condos, such as a slightly larger floor plan, a double sized screened-in balcony, cathedral ceilings, and two extra sets of large outside windows that allow the beautiful balmy ocean cross breezes to come in.
The Condo is bright and airy, with cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The extra long screened-in lanai offers plenty of privacy, and is equipped with a table, and plenty of comfy chairs -- perfect for relaxing as you overlook the pool, lush greenery, and swaying palm trees.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with an attached bathroom/shower. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, with a full bathroom next to it. It is equipped with linens, and bath and beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, as well as dishware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The condo is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in each room. It is equipped with cable TV in both the living room and the master bedroom, and a DVD player in the living room.

Walk across the street to Marco Island’s famous six-mile-long pristine white sand beach, with amenities such as snack bars, tiki huts, a picnic area, and rest rooms. A short walk and you are at the Marriott Resort Complex with its world class shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. Enjoy a tropical drink at one of their beach side cafés while you listen to live entertainment, or come back to the condo where you can relax on your own private lanai, enjoying the balmy breezes while sipping on your favorite drink.
Marco Island offers activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, golf, tennis, mini golf, shelling, and biking along the island’s bike path. Marco’s biggest draw is the peace and solitude of the Florida Gulf with its sunshine, blue skies, warm gulf waters, and gorgeous sunsets. It is a nature lover’s dream.
Marco Island offers all types of shopping, from small quaint shops to large super markets, movie theaters, all types of restaurants, etc. From Marco Island you can explore the Everglades National Park or go on a boat trip to Key West. You are close to the elegant Naples downtown area (with its famous shopping and restaurants), as well as Ft. Myers (where you can visit the Edison Museum and watch the Red Sox practice).
Marco Island is easily reached from the Ft. Myers airport, as well as airports in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Sarasota.
