Recently renovated, well-maintained condo on the beautiful beaches of Holiday Isle. Master suite has king bed, private door to lanai, soothing ocean sounds from a window, and TV/DVD combo; 2nd bedroom has queen bed, direct bath access, TV/DVD combo; pull-out new sofa bed in living room. Great vacation spot with beach decor and vibrant, fun colors.
Either 1) refundable deposit of $400, or 2) Pre-paid rental insurance of at least $49; 11% tax in addition to your rate; 1/2 of the rental balance and deposit all due upon booking. Remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your stay (if renting within a month, the full balance plus deposit will be due upon booking).
Cancellations: 100% refund over 30 days of rental date, less a 5% handling fee; 75% refund up to two weeks prior to rental; within two weeks, rental fee is forfeited.
Minimum age to rent is 21; no pets; no smoking in the unit; cleaning fee is included in weekly rates but will be added to the daily rate for the length of stay.

My best friend and I chose to celebrate her 40th birthday at the beach. This condo was perfect for us. The beach was right out the window and could be seen 24/7. The renovations are beautiful and the unit was well stocked for our needs. The location is very convenient to great restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The unit worked great for us, even though we were there during construction/renovation! Enjoyed our stay and have already referred to others!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
