Il Corso is situated on a beautiful hill top 800 mts above sea level on the borders of Tuscany and Umbria. It is a place appreciated by people who like peace and tranquility. There are many beautiful walks in the area and for those who like cycling mountain bikes are available free of charge. The swimming pool (6*12 mts) is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by natural beauty of unspoiled countryside.
The young Italian owners, who speak English, practice Sahaja Yoga and are always happy to share their knowledge with visitors who want to relax completely . Sahaja Yoga and meditation lessons are free.
From here you can easily reach places of interest in both Tuscany and Umbria, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. Lake Trasimeno with beaches, water sports and an enchanting island, accessible by a short boat trip, is within an hours drive. For longer trips, such as Rome, Arezzo (45 mins by car) has excellent rail links.
Il Corso' consists of four apartments totally restructured according to the local original features and nicely furnished. One is occupied by owners. The others three are ideal for large families or group of friends, have exclusive use of pool , a barbecue and tables in the garden.
Services Included: water, gas for cooking use, electricity, kitchen – bed – bath linens with weekly change, barbecue , washing machine, final cleaning.
At disposal of the guests : Equipped private swimming-pool ( 10m x 6m, open from the beginning of May till the end of September), with marvelous views of the landscape.
The nearest village is Lippiano (4kms). Five minutes beyond Lippiano is Monterchi ( 7 km ), a hill town famed for its fresco by Piero della Francesca, here you can find shops, banks, restaurants.
