The year round, warm temperatures provide an endless array of activities including shelling, boating, fishing, biking, tennis, sailing, or just watching the gorgeous sunsets. This newly remodeled and decorated two bedroom,two bath, beach villa offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as instant beach access.
The decor reflects a casual, relaxed, island atmosphere and is more typical of a home than a rental unit. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your entertainment pleasure. Dining choices include the dining room or the screened, furnished lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, or one of the many restaurants in Captiva's classic village. The lanai is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the cool gentle breezes from the Gulf of Mexico and tropical vegetation. Our second floor villa offers the best view of both!
Three large sliding glass doors open from the living room to the lanai with a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf. The sofa opens up for use as a queen sleeper. A ceiling fan compliments the air conditioning or the breeze from the Gulf. There is cable TV, a DVD/VCR, and a stereo/CD player for your entertainment pleasure. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and remote cable TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Complimentary beach towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas are provided on the beach, though we have extras for a night time Gulf or pool swim. Free tennis courts are steps away and free shuttle trolleys take you to cruises from the marina. Restaurants, water sports, and other activities are available at the resort or in nearby Captiva Village. Rental bikes can be delivered to your door.
