Our home is situated on a very quiet cove of Reynolds Plantation, nestled in amongst majestic tall pine trees. The lake views from our tall picture windows are stunning. Just one hundred yards walk away you will find our 24-hour assigned private lake dock. The best of both worlds are offered here: a cozy feeling of being in the forest, but at the same time offering breathtaking views and abundant usage of the lake. We offer an outside stone fireplace, basketball hoop, gas BBQ grill, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings with picture windows, gas fireplaces, jetted tub, wet-bar, large-screen TV, pool table, bicycles, kayaks and much more. It is all here!
Reynolds Plantation is situated half-way between Atlanta and Augusta just off of Interstate 20 on beautiful Lake Oconee. Lake Oconee has more than 80 miles of shoreline available for outdoor recreation. There is a whole lot to do within this awesome golf and lake resort. Reynolds Plantation has earned the "Best of the Best Golf Community" recognition award from the upscale Robb Report. There are 5 award-winning golf courses here in the Plantation with yet another 6th golf course on the way. Reynolds Plantation is also home to the Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton Lodge and site of the 2007 Golf Digest/Golf for Women Signature Home. In addition to world-class golf, Reynolds Plantation also offers outstanding spa services, many fine dining venues at both the Ritz-Carlton and the plantation's many clubhouses, three full-service marinas, swimming, tennis, wildlife programs, nature trails and children's activities.
There is also a lot to explore outside the gates of Reynolds Plantation. Lake Oconee Village, just at the entrance to the plantation, has fashion shopping, dining, catering, health and wellness, a Publix grocery store and other essential services. Reynolds Plantation is also a great starting point for visiting the wonderful surrounding area. Many small towns are close by which include: Greensboro, 12 miles north, is known for its antique shopping, historic sites, festivals and events; Eatonton, 17 miles south, has downtown shopping, Victorian architecture and museums of famous Eatonton natives; Madison, 20 miles northwest, has been named #1 Small Town in America and features performances by the Atlanta Symphony; Athens, 50 miles north, is a university town and cultural center which boasts theater, concerts and its popular Broadway show series.
While you stay at our beautiful home, you are surrounded by award-winning golf courses all within a five minute drive away. You are within walking distance of the National Golf Course driving range. We are members of both the Reynolds National Club which allows access to 81 holes of golf, and the award-winning Cuscowilla Golf Club ( only a short 10 minute drive away ). You can have access to all of these courses as our unaccompanied guest. Tee times happily arranged upon request. The Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton Lodge is minutes away that offers spa services and fine dining. Other fine dining and restaurant options within Reynolds Plantation gates and beyond is available upon request. You have access to three full-service marinas in the Plantation and you can park your boat at our 24hr assigned private dock on the lake. The marinas rent out boats on an hourly or daily basis. If you enjoy cycling we maintain 5 bicycles in our garage for your use. Also, if you like kayaking, we have 3 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 5 lifejackets for your enjoyment. There is a large grassy common area between our house and the lake to play sports in. A basketball hoop in the front driveway is available for your use. An outdoor firepit with stacked wood in garden storage area behind house is complimentary. Wireless internet is found anywhere on the property and a printer is available in the office off the kitchen. Please note that our house is located in a very quiet executive class neighbourhood and in order to ensure that the environment of our home is respected particularly in the late evening hours, a refundable damage/noise deposit is required with each reservation.

Our children just love it here too. There is definitely something to do for everyone at Reynolds Plantation. Whether it is going for a family kayak ride on the lake, dining at one of the Plantation's excellent restaurants, or going out to see a movie at the brand new movie complex, the experiences keep bringing us back for more.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is very spacious with beautiful views of the forest and lake. All our children have their own room with ensuites. We are steps from the lake and a short walk from the driving range. We also enjoy bike riding, playing ping pong and lounging in our family room with large flat screen TV.

My husband and I are from Ontario, Canada and really enjoy the warm, sunny weather down in Georgia. We love the green forests, lakes and golf courses! Our house is so easily accessible from the Atlanta airport that we can be down 'in paradise' in no time!
