  We had a wonderful time in ft myers beach. The condo was gorgeous. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated. There were tile floors throughout. The view from the lanai was just spectacular. The beach bar on the beach nearby was fun and lively with live music. The wide beach was very nice. The condo included everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be returning.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Spring 2012 was our third year of staying in Sunset Unit 101. The condo is as advertised and pictured...clean, tastefully decorated.The condo complex has a very nice pool and exceptional beach area. The general property is very well maintained. We would definately recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  This condo has everything we needed! It is well located, well maintained and easy to work with the owner. It was our second time at this location, and we really enjoyed it! The beach is amazing, and the whole Fort Myers Beach Island is beautiful! We sincerely recommend this condo!!

  This Sunset Condo is a piece of Heaven right on the Gulf of Mexico. The daily activities of Walking the Beach, Swimming in the Gulf, Chilling by the Heated Pool or Grilling Dinner with the provided Gas Grills provides for a Great Vacation. The highlight of our trip was the Condo Accommodations. This condo is up to date with a Designer Flair and features 'Feels Like Home' amenities. The Balcony is a great place to enjoy a peaceful morning or end of day Sunsets. The building is so quiet so sleeping was never a problem. Fort Myers Beach has so much to offer from Shelling, Para Sailing, Beach Activities, Shopping and our favorite Eating Out. Also, quick trips to Sanibel, Captiva or Naples provided a variety of destinations during the stay. We enjoyed this Condo so much we are returning again this June to experience our Sunset Heaven.

  For our holidays vacations last december, we spent 2 weeks at this condo. The unit was clean, it provided everything we needed and the view was splendid! Driving around in the area, we found a grocery store, many restaurant and a good shopping area on the island. It was defenitly a relaxing and amazing place to enjoy our two weeks. The condo itself was nicely decorated and as a family of 5, we found it pretty spacious. We enjoyed our evening on the balcony watching the sunset, which we will never forget! We would defenitly recommend it!

  We spent 2 weeks at this condo and had a wonderful time. Very clean and nicely decorated condo with a beautiful Gulf view from Lanai. Sunset property was very beautiful and grounds and pool were very well kept. We loved the 85 degree temp in the pool and the gulf was even warmer. The beautiful white sand on the beach was very clean. Was a very relaxing vacation with sunshine everyday and beautiful sunsets every evening. Would definitely recommend it.

We live near by and love going to the beach especially this beach. It is so beautiful and the sand is like powdered sugar. The view from the condo is fabulous and captures the glorious sunsets that we have here. We strive to keep the inside of our condo up to date, as you could tell with the new kitchen and new vanities with granite tops. We will be doing more this year by replacing one or two of the televisions with flat screens. We love hearing comments and would love for you return to Sunset next year. Ron and Jennifer McCarty
