If you are coming to the Colorado Springs metro area (including Monument) on business or pleasure, we offer a cost effective alternative to a traditional or extended stay hotel for one month and longer visits. Our five homes are completely furnished and equipped, HOA maintained, and competitively priced.
Here you will find a home, not a hotel room(r). Just bring your toothbrush and clothes - we provide virtually everything else. All utilities are included and all of our homes have central air conditioning and mountain views. All of our homes have high speed Internet access and 32" LCD TV's. The photos shown on this web site are from one of our three our Monument town homes, and are representative of the furniture and décor you will find in all five of our homes. We have homes from 2 bed/2 bath to 3 bed/3.5 baths, most with carports or garages.
Monthly rates range from $2,100 to $3,000 per month - depending on length of stay, home size, location, and amenities. Call for SPECIAL WINTER DISCOUNTS - October through March.
