Family owned and pet friendly; this charming little house was built in 1952 and is perfect for a casual beach get-away. If you are looking for a new, up-scale property, this is NOT it! But it's clean and comfy with an amazing location. Our house is NON-SMOKING inside & outside.
Master has 1Q; second br has 1 Queen & bunkbed(dbl & twin); plus a daybed in the living room. Cute backyard patio has large dining table, wood burning fire bowl, charcoal BBQ grill. Play croquet or bocce ball in the grassy backyard while dinner's on the grill.
Everything is provided: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards, cooler- just bring your swimsuits & sunscreen and enjoy a restful beach vacation in beautiful San Clemente.

We love this location. Our family looks so forward to returning this cute beach property. We walk to the beach every day (sometimes multiple times) We sit on the deck and enjoy the great view. Very fun vacation spot! San Clemente is a great little town. We used to live here and now visit with our kids. The beach is great and offers so much!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed a 4 day long weekend with our extended family at this beach bungalow. There was definitely something for everyone. The guys surfed and body boarded, the ladies shopped in San Clemente and the grandparents enjoyed walking the trails...not to mention spending time on the deck swing that overlooks the ocean. We barbecued, played bocce ball and enjoyed sitting by the fire-pit in the evening. A great time was had by all! We will definitely be coming back. HIGHLY recommend for all ages and any kind of get-a-way!

Wow, a good time was had by all. My husband and I rented the house for 5 days and are entire family converged on San Clemente. The kids walked everywhere to local businesses and eateries, try Selmas Pizza and Pedros Tacos they are delicious. At one time we were ten in the house and it never felt crowded, the short walk to and from the beach proved to be great exerise, as did the beautiful surf. San Clemente I would say is the most family friendly beach I have ever be to. The house is cozy and cute, I am an early riser and my favorite part was sitting in the front porch swing with my coffee listening to the waves in the morning before anyone was awake. I hope we all get a chance to revisit the house next summer.

we spent two weeks in this house with our two great danes. It was great to be able to open up the house and enjoy the patio as an outdoor living space. The dogs enjoyed the nice yard. Only a couple of steps to get in the house, flat yard, very easy for our older dog. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Near shops and restaurants on Del Mar Street. We felt very comfortable there. Very good communication with owners, they were helpful.

My chocolate lab and I spent the winter in this cute bungalow and LOVED IT! It has plenty of room, a huge back yard, and a great ocean-view front deck. I had many guests and easily accommodated all of them. You can actually sleep up to 6 in the 2nd bedroom + there's the master bedroom + a daybed and sofa in the living room. It literally has everything you need - towels, BBQ, beach chairs, internet access, and washer/dryer. It's just 2 blocks to the beach, where you can jump in the water or walk the great 5 mile beach trail along the coast. The location is perfect, it's an easy drive up to Disneyland or down to San Diego for day trips. The neighborhood is well taken care of and very safe. All the neighbors are really nice and friendly. The owners are the best, very kind and went out of their way to welcome me to their bungalow. Stay here, you'll love it! I miss hearing the ocean waves and can't wait to return!

My husband & I just vacationed staying at this delightful beach house. We hope to stay again next summer. It was alot roomier than expected. The beds were comfy, very quiet spot, but the BEST part was being able to sit on the front deck swing, relaxing with a margarita, seeing the ocean & hearing the waves. Can't wait to go back!
