This clean cozy home offers on the main level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fireplace, hot tub, laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen.
Downstairs features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living area with dining room.
There is a large driveway with basketball hoop and one car attached garage.
We supply all bedding and towels (also included for beach and hot tub). BBQ is also available for use.
Upon reservation, a security deposit of $500 (cash, bank draft or cheque) is required.

This is a great rental within the town of Invermere for a family group. It is close to ammenities and within walking distance of town -- including shops, restaurants and the beach. The home is big enough that a large group can be comfortable and the screened in porch with a hot tub is a real bonus. The home is clean and well furnished. The rental is a good value, and the owner is helpful and attentive to the renter's needs.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this property for a four day golf trip. Three of us stayed here and found the house to be very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated with beautiful hardwood floors and very comfortable. The spacious kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and all the cooking necessities you could ever need. We rented only the upstairs which has three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms had twin beds. We found the screened porch and hot tub area a perfect place to hang out. The backyard is large enough for boccie ball and badminton if you like and the barbecue provided was a good size and in great condition and working order. Even though the house does not have air conditioning it stayed quite cool on those hot days. The property may look modest on the outside but don't let that fool you, it really is a nice place and I would rent it again for sure.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

6 people 3 nights for a weekend golf trip. The house was great, plenty of room for 6. Brand new appliances. Very clean, nice furniture, great hot tub, brand new hardwood floors. Location is excellent, short walk to the beach or main street. Highly recommended.
