Custom new home. Tri level with perfect views from all levels of Diamond Peak Ski Resort. 3 Large bedrooms: 1 Master bedroom with queen bed, gas fireplace and full bathroom, Another room has queen bed and shares full bath with another room that has twin bunk beds and futon mattress for teens or child. All rooms have TV's.
Living Room area is large and comfortable. Big screen TV, gas fireplace and large sectional to relax on as well as other comfortable seating. Formal dining area seating 8. Perfect for the whole family.
All new furniture, this is NOT your standard Tahoe rental.
Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked with all anything needed to cook. Dual oven, gas stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. Granite coutertops and large tile floor. Also a small dinette to seat 4 comfortably.
Top deck overlooks the lodge at Diamond Peak Resort. Sit and relax under the gas heater or BBQ a nice meal with the gas barbecue. the views are great summer, spring, winter and fall.
This home has never been rented and looks like a place you would want to stay. We take good care of it and hope you have a wonderful stay. The winter is a great time to relax by the fire and watch the snow fall or watch the skiers come down the slopes. Summer is great for hiking, moutain bike riding or enjoying the lake. Don't forget the Hyatt Casino down the hill for gambling, dining and a great Spa experience.
