This was our second time staying in Sat's condo. Our entire family was looking forward to seeing the renovated pool and BBQ area. We were not disappointed. The BBQs are very clean and everything you need for grilling is supplied. The pool has two sections; one for kids and one for adults. There are also two hot tubs. We have three children so the double beds in the guest room are perfect. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. Sat is very helpful and quickly answers all emails. From the elevator to the beach is a less than a minute walk, which is great with 3 kids and all of our beach supplies. We plan on returning for a third time as soon possible.

I have stayed at the Alii many times and this is unit is absolutely gorgeous...definitely a 10! This unit is in a great location with an exceptional view of the beach and the newly redone courtyard. If you want the best of the best, this unit is it. The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of time there. The beach is just steps away with beach chairs and lounges provided by the Alii. The courtyard includes great pools, a jacuzzi, BIG screen TVs for watching sports, (in a covered area), and a first class BBQ area where we spent enjoyable evenings as a nice change from going to Lahina for dinner. I'm all about the view and this unit has great views from every room. The owner is a great guy, honest and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this for the most discriminating person who wants a first class experience.

We stayed in September with our young adult sons and had a great time. We usually stay at a resort hotel, and this was our first condo. Having the Westin next door allowed us to have a hotel breakfast or happy hour whenever we wanted, and we found they have charging privileges for the Alii. Easy and quick walk to Whalers Village and all the hotels on Kaanapali meant we never needed to drive to dinner. The condo is updated, clean, comfortable, amazing views, beautiful well stocked kitchen and perfect location. You can sit on the lanai and watch people surf and paddle board. Separated floor plan that gives plenty of privacy for a combination of early risers and night owls to share the same unit. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and stay again. Owners very easy to work with too.

One morning I drank my coffee on the large deck and watched whales for a half an hour. The property has great pools for kids and is steps away from the beach. When we arrived, there was an issue with the garbage disposal. We called the owner and maintenance was there within one hour to fix it. The property is immaculate and has a great grilling area. We will all defintely come back to this property and same unit.

Beautiful Condo, on line photos represent the actual condo very well, but the photos do not do justice to the charm, casual relaxed atmosphere of the condo and lovely resort. Serene views, relaxing, spacious and just a perfect condo and resort to get away from it all. The resort is immaculate, with tropical plants accents, flowers and those lovely palm trees framing the blue sea from bedrooms, dining, kitchen and living room as well the condo lanai. Bathrooms are spacious updated with granite vanities, stone floors and showers The well designed tropical pool with little water falls, a child area was perfect for young children with water a couple of inches deep up to 3', as well as 2 nice hot tubs and a quiet pool to enjoy. Our group was comprised of 4 adults and 2 children age 1 and 5. There was plenty of room in the condo for the children to enjoy themselves, as well enough space and furnishings. to never feel anything but relaxed. A crib for the one year old fit easily in the 2nd bedroom. Sat,the owner is always available by phone to answer questions or for support. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Loved this property! We have stayed at the Kaanapali Alii several times, in several different units, and this one was by far the best overall. Amenities, location, cleanliness, price and view! We had everything we needed in the unit and we spent many hours on the lanai since the view is so spectacular - overlooking both the beautifully re-done pool area and beach. The Alii property is located right in the center of Kaanapali beach. We walked the boardwalk each day and shopping, restaurants, beach activites, etc., are all within walking distance. We had everything we needed and the owner was extremely hospitable when booking the unit and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This was my first time booking through VRBO and the experience was great. Many thanks to our host and we will be back!

Sat We just returned from a 10 day stay at your condo. This is our 6th trip to Maui. We always stay in Kaanapali. The last 2 times at Kaanapali Alii. The location on the beach is perfect. The recent renovations (pool, 8 outdoor grills, hot tubs etc) are great. Covered parking, close to the elevator and condo. Close to restaurants and Whalers Village (shopping). Personnel are very helpful and assisted with luggage and groceries. Easy check in and out. Your condo was decorated nicely, clean and fully equipped with updated furniture and appliances. It worked out well for our family with 2 grandchildren under 2 years old. Your condo is in the best building, closest to the ocean. Thanks for recommending Gina as a concierge. We booked two tours though her and ordered baby equipment (pac-n-play and high chair). She was very helpful. I enjoyed working with you. You were very helpful in every regard. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Sat, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying at your condo at the Ka'anapali Alii for 10 days in August. We just got back home last Sunday, but we had so much fun! The weather was great and the condo was perfect for us. You really keep the condo in excellent condition and everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning and we really enjoyed the view from the 5th floor...it was amazing!!! We loved the beach right in front of the condo so there was no need to go to any other beach. It was a very relaxing vacation. Thanks for all you did to make it an enjoyable one. This is our second time visiting the Alii and our first time in this unit. It was absolutely perfect! Great location. Very convenient beach access and fantastic views. The unit is decorated very nicely and was very comfortable for our family. Definitely recommend this to a hotel anyday! Mr. Mahajan was a pleasure to work with - very accomodating! We had a great time in Kaanapali as always. The unit has an excellent view of the pool, the beach and the ocean and is well equipped. We had a wonderful time at the Ali'i. It was our first time at this condo complex, but now our first time toe Kaanapali. We won't need to stay any where else in Kaanapali, the Ali'i and this condo will be where we stay from now on! Beautifully furnished, amazing views and access to pool and beach could not have been simpler. We loved the family atmosphere, the BBQ's at the pool/beach front and the accessability to all great activities on Kaanapali and Maui itself. Owner Sat has done an excellent job keeping his condo in tip top shape. We were very pleased and will be back!

We have stayed on Maui over 15 times in the last 35 years, (hotel and condo) and this condo is by far one of the best accomodations we've enjoyed (we've stayed in this condo twice). It is very well kept, clean, with updated furniture and appliances. The views are incredible even from the fifth floor. Morning coffee, lunch, or dinner, on the lania, is worth the trip just to see the views (its as close to ocean front as you can get). At sunset, the sun is not glaring into your eyes which is important at the Alii, as some condos are blinded at sunset. The Alii's extras are real, as it is not marketing BS as it is at some other locations. It is one of if not the best on that beach, and Sat's place is one of the best in the complex. Regarding Sat (the owner), he is very personable, and gets back to you immediately with any question or concern you may have. I have found him to be very enjoyable to deal with when renting he place. In summary, if you're going to Maui, you cannot go wrong with this unit, this condo, and this beach.

Absolutely fantastic! This was our family’s first trip to Maui. The condo could not have been more perfect. The view was priceless of both the beautiful pool area and the pristine beach. Words cannot describe the sound of the waves at sunrise. The spacious condo has all the amenities and is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was immaculate and very well maintained. The resort itself is first class with a wonderful outside “living room” by the pool as well as a great grilling area. The resort location is great with the wonderful boardwalk connecting several resorts. Whaler's Village is a nice shopping area accessible from the boardwalk. The grocery store is in close proximity as well as many wonderful restaurants. We especially enjoyed Kimo's, Pioneer Inn (breakfast) and the Plantation House. It is a short drive to the wonderful town of Lahaina. We took a Trilogy sail to Lanai to which was wonderful. There was snorkeling at Lanai but we found that the snorkleing at Black Rock just down the beach was even better. We will spend more time at the resort when we return!!! It really was paradise! Mr. Mahajan was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are already looking forward to planning our next visit. We have certainly found our condo of choice and will certainly recommend it to our friends and relatives. Thanks! Lori

We stayed in this unit March 31 - April 11. It couldn't have been better. The weather was perfect, the view spectacular and we would go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the crashing waves. Paradise. The condo itself doesn't lack for anything at all. We probably should have cooked more than we did as we had everything right there (and the bbq's by the pool were absolutely immaculate). Having only stayed in hotel rooms before in Maui, we were absolutely floored by the luxury of having so much room. Now we are spoiled for staying anywhere else. Unfortunately this unit is already booked during our kids spring break next year; somebody beat us to it. We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips and would absolutely recommend it. Pictures do not give the whole story about this fabulous condo. The view from the 5th floor is better than direct ocean front. This condo has a breath-taking view of the ocean and the newly remodeled pool area-without getting the direct PM sun. This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated.
