This is a lovely, recently renovated three bedroom, two bath house just one-half mile to Craigville Beach and less than a block to Centerville town (just a quick stroll to Four Seas Ice Cream!) The house has all hard wood floors, gets lots of light, and is spacious and clean. Three bedrooms have a queen, a full and a twin, and three more twins.
The house has a 48 inch flat screen TV in the living room and air conditioning units in the living room and all three bedrooms. There is a cook's kitchen with a high end gas stove. There is a large backyard with a patio and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower.
This is a very family friendly house. In the basement, I have left many items that are useful to families with children.
This is a charming, very comfortable house that you will love in the summertime and feel cozy by the wood fireplace in the offseason.
There is plenty of parking. Please note that there is also a small carriage house at the back of the property that is not included in the rental.

- Pet Friendly : Well behaved pets are permitted. There is a mid size crate in the basement that can be used, as well as a dog bed, and a gate. I ask that pets not be permitted on the furniture and that owners pick up after them. I also ask that the small rugs in the house (there are several) be put away when you arrive with your pet, and replaced before you leave.
- Kid Friendly : The house is very child friendly. In the basement is a variety of baby and child toys and accessories. There are baby gates, a high chair, children's toys, a Pack N Play, infant bath tub, and more.

Why the Owner Chose Centerville
I love Centerville. It is its own quiet town with a charming General store, a fabulous library with a wonderful children's section, the best ice cream shop on the Cape (Four Seas), a fantastic playground, a new mini mart, all within a few minute's walk from the house. Meanwhile, you are just a few miles to Hyannis, which has everything--movie theaters, shopping mall, ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket. I also love our proximity to Osterville--there are great restaurants and shops there as well. And of course, it's just a half mile to Craigville Beach, which is a fabulous beach, and just perfect for families.
The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the best perks is that if I don't feel like driving, I can just walk to the beach, to the library, to the store and to the ice cream shop. I feel like I'm living in a small town yet I can get in the car and be at a mulitplex, a mall, or dozens of restaurants and markets in minutes.
