A unique property for discriminating guests! This unit is on the tranquil Sea of Cortez with its white sand beach of Costa Azul. Enjoy unbelievable sunrises with your morning coffee, or an unforgettable happy hour from your private terrace, all while taking in the spectacular view of this pristine beach. Watch your family and friends from the Zippers beach restaurant as they enjoy the surf breaks of "The Rock" & "Old Man", or try an ultra light flight, beach massage, horseback riding, or just a long walk along the surf of this peaceful beach.
Enjoy the Mexican colonial town of San Jose del Cabo, located just minutes away. This quaint town provides everything from fine dining, art galleries, high-end jewelry stores to souvenirs and local festivals. This is in direct contrast to the high energy exciting night life scene of Cabo San Lucas just a short drive away.
The upscale complex of El Zalate is located behind a retail shopping center which provides a walk-in medical clinic, retail shopping, a convenience mini super, several American style fast food stores, and a cantina. Easy walking distances down the beach are many fine dining restaurants. Nearby is world class golfing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, and back country tours. This private complex is a lush tropical garden retreat with two pools (heated & unheated), hot tub, fitness center, and all with 24 hour security.
This unit is newly furnished, with a spacious & open living design. Our villa is located nearest the beach. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite counter tops, and then served on the large terrace as you enjoy the Ocean view of Palmilla Point. Both bedrooms and the living room have a panoramic view of the ocean with floor to ceiling glass patio doors to access the peaceful terrace. Each of the two bedrooms has a satellite TV, and an adjoining full size bathroom.

Why the Owner Chose El Zalate
The moment you walk in, the private view of the beach, ocean, and Pamillia Point in the distance, from either bedroom, or the living area will explain it all!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
El Zalate is centrally located on the beach at the "end of the hotel zone". From our property turn left and you have miles of hotel amenities of restaurants, pools, swim up bars, beach peddlers, and water sport rentals. Turn right, and its private condo's. There is very little walk by traffic, just you and a picture perfect beach. Cooler of refreshments optional!
On the back side of El Zalate, there are several very good cantina style restaurants, mini-market, and a Domino's/Subway shop. Directly across the entrance from our condo, is a bus stop, where you can take a modern coach bus into Cabo San Lucas!
The Mexican version of a WalMart! It has everything you need here, groceries, clothing, beach supplies, Phamacy, etc. Plenty of American brands and Mexican brands for the picking!
Watch the surfer's while sipping a cold cerveza & munch on a cheese burger in Paradise
The closet golf course to our condo, but there are many more within a few miles drive! This is one of my favorites, checkout www.ezlinks.com for special prices for local golf course.
Several blocks of hassle free shopping for Mexican souvenirs, great restaurants, and upscale Art Galleries. For some good eats try, Morgans, Habenero's, Baja Brewery, Tequila's, French Bakery
This place makes the best fresh whole made Tortillas. Hard to find, but worth the effort! 1 kilo for for 10 pesos ($1US)! We eat these like candy on the way home so buy extras!!!!
Take the toll road ($2.75) from the airport to our Condo for a 15 minute ride, or take highway 1 through town for a little longer drive.
This is the road to and from just about everywhere in the tip of Baja. Take it all the way to Cabo!

When it came to take a break from living and working in a suburb of Los Angeles, spending several hours a day commuting to and from work, we wanted a quick getaway from everything. About a two hour flight from most West Coast cities is this laid back paradise!
