The Montecito Casas are two newly remodeled homes, ideally situated next to each other for concurrent or individual rental. Located behind the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel, these homes are just one block from the beach and two blocks from Coast Village Road. Enjoy daily walks to Butterfly Beach or a leisurely stroll to breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants in the lower village.
These lovely houses offer gorgeous hardwood floors, open beamed ceilings and brand new appliances. Tastefully decorated and beautifully restored, these homes offer all the luxuries one would hope for in a vacation rental. Three bedrooms in each house each offer high definition flat screen televisions. The master bedroom is located upstairs, with a king sized bed, walk-in closets and a large split bathroom with dual sinks. Two bedrooms downstairs offer queen sized beds with a shared bath as well as a powder room.
The gourmet, fully stocked gourmet kitchen has plenty of space and light for your cooking pleasure. The living room offers plush couches and gas fireplaces for cozy gatherings in the evenings.
