  • We (golf group) rented this house in December, 08 and were very pleased with the home. Real nice location in a cul de sac on the west side of Phoenix (near the Wigwam). Great curb appeal, lots of room, excellent kitchen, very comfortable furnishings, beds, etc. We have rented numerous times in Phoenix and this is certainly one of the nicest homes for the price in the valley.

  • What a great house in a great location. The house is superbly equipped and has a floor pattern that is really adaptable to single or multiple families. We came this year with just our family, enjoyed bike rides, walks, spring training baseball…all sort of fun stuff in the area. Next year, we are coming back and bringing our friends, as the house can more than accommodate us both!
