Resort is situated by a 3800 acre lake with a private dock for the use of Lake Marion Resort, and a gated compound to store boats, motorcycles, etc.
Located in southeast Kissimmee on the shores of Lake Marion and only 40 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Just 20 minutes from Cypress Gardens! To the east, Bike Week, Nascar racing, and Atlantic beaches are also within easy driving distance.
