This one and 1/2 bedroom, two bath condo has a SPACIOUS GULF FRONT MASTER with access to the balcony. Believe me this really makes a difference in the quality of your beach experience. Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
Panama City Beach is going through a complete revitalization, including the incredible new Pier Park. Pier Park is a 900,000 square foot family mega entertainment complex. It is a beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping mall with festive, colorful Caribbean architecture, containing national chain retailers along with unique owned boutiques and specialty stores. Free on the green concerts and scheduled all throughout the year. Panama City Beach boasts sugary, white sand beaches and emerald green waters, but you will also find plenty to do off the beach. Just a few of the family attractions in Panama City Beach include water and amusement parks, a zoo, marine park, racetrack, miniature golf courses and more. There are many championship golf courses, and even a part three lighted night golf option. Deep sea fishing and scuba diving are available for hire also.

We have tried to equip our condo with all the conforts of home. You won't find our condo stark or sterile and you won't walk into another to find it decorated just the same. We have added many decorating touches to help you enjoy being inside as well as out. Some of the features we have added to go above and beyond are HDTV, a library of DVD's, wireless internet and much more.

We are Paul and Julie Pritchard. We both grew up in New Orleans and both graduated from the Univesity of New Orleans with degrees in Accounting. In 1981, we moved to the Atlanta area and have been living in Roswell, Georgia ever since. We have three children, two boys, Chris and Greg, and one daughter, Blake. Although all three were born in Atlanta, they, like us, have grown up to be die-hard LSU fans. We suspect that our youngest may have to change her loyalty as she is now attending UGA!
We have been coming to the Panhandle for many years and purchased our first condo at the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin in 2003. Shortly after, we discovered all of the new construction that was taking place in Panama City Beach including the incomparable new Pier Park. When we saw the one-bedroom "L" plan with the spacious Gulffront master and separate bunk room, we knew we had to have it. Although most of our guests come to relax and unwind, we come and spend much of our time trying to find ways to make our condo more comfortable and enjoyable for our family and guests.
We hope that you will will visit with us and make a practice of coming back year after year.

My oldest son played in a baseball tournament in Panama City and eleven families stayed at various units at the Tidewater Resort. All said ours was the nicest and had the best layout with a spectacular view from the master bedroom. The unit was wonderful - even better than photos. Everything we needed was there and the place was spotless. The owner was always responsive, accommodating and easy to work with when planning our stay. The layout of the condo is so nice - the long hallway is a great sound buffer and the bunk beds have great storage underneath. The older kids could watch TV while I put the younger one to bed - that was especially nice for parents. The view from the master bedroom is fabulous! On our second night - there was an amazing full moon. My youngest son and I got in the bed, opened the curtains and watched this huge yellow moon come up and over the water. The next morning - we sat on the balcony and watched as a pair of porpoises played and swam next to a guy snorkeling. While our baseball team did not win the tournament - we had a wonderful week of great weather, great baseball and great fun with friends. We are already looking forward to next year.

This condo was clean modern and exactly shown as advertized. The owners were easy to work with and I experienced no problems. The condo is also located close to everything in PCB and has a covered parking garage and fantistic security.

Loved this condo. It was clean and very roomy. Loved the "room" with the bunk beds, more privacy than bunk beds in a hallway. Had problem watching DVD's and called owner who was in town and she came right over after trying to help me fix it over the phone. The cable had gone bad and she replaced it right then. Wonderful help! Would definitely stay here again. The master bed was awesome! So comfortable. View was great.

I stayed from Mar.17-20th... This condo is extremely nice & the photo's on line do not show how really nice it is .....many times pictures look better, that is not the case with this condo. I am a native Floridian & this was my 1st visit to PCB. I have not stopped talking about it & will recommend this condo to anyone planning on visiting PCB... The beaches are incredible & the water is amazingly crystal clear.The Tidewater has everything. I would of rated it as excellent except for the fact that the building itself was underconstruction & was being repainted w/ scaffolding & painters everywhere( don't know why they did that during the busiest time of year) & was told it has been going on for months. Paul & Julie are very nice & very helpful in making everything a smooth check in & out transaction. Parking garage & walk over is a breeze.Plenty of spaces even during "Springbreak". I would definitely would stay here again & highly recommend it.

The beach was in pristine condition without any vestiges of the gulf oil spill. Condo is within walking distance of great shopping and eating. Easy drive to several state parks. The weather was gorgeous in the low to mid seventies for most of February. The Pritchards have been very accommodating. The condo is very nicely decorated and in good repair-brand new living room funiture. This is a very nice unit at a good price. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Tidewater in this condo in May 2008 and had a wonderful experience. The condo is exactly as described, beautifully decorated, and the amenities at Tidewater are amazing! I highly recommend this condo, and I plan to stay again in the future!!
