Swim, fish, boat, hike and enjoy the beautiful outdoors with all the comforts and conveniences of home! Spend the week or a few days in this cozy lakefront vacation cabin rental. This is an awesome alternative to the expensive Lake Roosevelt house boat rentals. This cabin has excellent water access--only approximately 200 feet down a gentle slope. The sandy beach is excellent for families. The water is calm with a very gentle slope, so there are no drop-offs.
The cabin is fully furnished with an open living room/dining room furnished with a sofa, two chairs, recliner and dining room table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The master bedroom and bathroom with tub are also located on the main floor. The main floor is cooled with a wall air conditioner. Up the stairs is the loft where there are four twin beds and a dresser. The third sleeping area is in the basement (queen bed) and another bathroom with shower.
The cabin is located at Moccasin Bay (approximately 9 miles east of Porcupine Bay) on the Spokane River arm of Lake Roosevelt. An easy drive of approximately 15 minutes from Davenport, one hour from Spokane, or 4 hours from Seattle.
Note: Tents and RV camping are not allowed.
2010 Summer Reservations of 7 more more nights will be taken beginning February 15, 2010. Please check back at the end of January for rate and availability information. July and August dates fill quickly, so please plan to call or email on February 15 for best availability. Call or email with any questions.

Maximum of eight occupants. Pets require additional deposit.
Security deposit required $50 per night or $300 per week.

$75 cleaning fee for rentals less than 5 nights.
