Swim, fish, boat, hike and enjoy the beautiful outdoors with all the comforts and conveniences of home! Spend the week or a few days in this cozy lakefront vacation cabin rental. This is an good alternative to the expensive Lake Roosevelt house boat rentals. This cabin has excellent water access--only approximately 200 feet down a gentle slope. The sandy beach is excellent for families. The water is calm with a very gentle slope, so there are no drop-offs.
The cabin is fully furnished with an open living room/dining room furnished with a sofa, two chairs, recliner and dining room table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The master bedroom and bathroom with tub are also located on the main floor. The main floor is cooled with a wall air conditioner. Up the stairs is the loft where there are four twin beds and a dresser. The third sleeping area is in the basement (queen bed) and another bathroom with shower.
The cabin is located at Moccasin Bay (approximately 9 miles east of Porcupine Bay) on the Spokane River arm of Lake Roosevelt. Approximately 15 minutes from Davenport, one hour from Spokane, or 4-5 hours from Seattle.
Note: Tents and RV camping are not allowed.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
April 1 - June 7, 2012: $150 weekday, $165 weekend, $1095 week
June 8 - September 3, 2012: $200 per night; $1200 per week
September 4 - October 31, 2012: $150 weekday, $165 weekend, $1095 week
Maximum of eight occupants. Pets require additional deposit.
Security deposit required $50 per night or $300 per week.
Credit cards accepted via Paypal (additional fee required).
$75 cleaning fee for rentals less than 5 nights.
2012 reservations of 7+nights taken starting February 15, 2012.
