Originally built on the edge of town in the 1920's as a "country market" this property is now right in the middle of it all. Located 1 block from Viking Hall (Tennessee High School), 1.2 miles from downtown, 5 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway, 8 miles from The Virginian Golf Club and The Olde Farm Golf Club. Only 7 miles to South Holston River fly fishing and South Holston Lake bass fishing.
The upstairs living quarters have been completely refurbished including all new baths and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Beautiful wood floors. This loft home sleeps 6 in beds plus has a queen size sofa bed. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom/1 bath including the living areas/kitchen or as a 3 bedroom/2 bath. There is also a full rv hook-up available.
We prefer payment through PayPal. It is secure and allows you to use your credit card or debit account. We can invoice anyone who has an email address. We also accept certified checks or money orders sent overnight express delivery.

My family of 6 spent 3 nights at this loft and what a great place it is. The loft was so nice I had to go back outside and shake the owners hand again, thanking him for providing such a great place at a very reasonable price. This loft really exceeded our expectations.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
