Living Areas - Tennessee Travel Originally built on the edge of town in the 1920's as a "country market" this property is now right in the middle of it all. Located 1 block from Viking Hall (Tennessee High School), 2 miles from downtown, 5 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway, 8 miles from The Virginian Golf Club and The Olde Farm Golf Club. The upstairs living quarters have been completely refurbished including all new baths and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Beautiful wood floors. This loft home sleeps 6 in beds plus has a queen size sofa bed. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom/1 bath including the living areas/kitchen or as a 3 bedroom/2 bath. There is also a full rv hook-up available. We prefer payment through PayPal. It is secure and allows you to use your credit card or debit account. We can invoice anyone who has an email address. We also accept certified checks or money orders sent overnight express delivery.

3 Bedroom/2 Bath with living/kitchen area  = $125/night
Race week rates = $350/night (3 night minimum)
All rates are plus $30 cleaning fee and sales tax (9.25%+5%)
