Master Bedroom- Queen Bed with large walk-in shower and Jacuzzi Tub
Guest Bedroom- Queen Bed with attached bath
Bunk Room- Double over Double bunkbed with attached bath

This home comes with the option to purchase WaterSound Beach Club access. Information for the WaterSound Beach Club is as follows:
- The daily fee is $20 per person/per day
- The weekly fee is $100 per person/per week
- Children age 3 and under will not be charged guest fees
- A week is defined as up to seven consecutive days
- Unaccompanied guests will be limited to 12 persons per membership at one time
From time to time the club will restrict unaccompanied guest privileges. For the calendar year 2012, unaccompanied guest privileges will be suspended from July 6th thru July 8th.
Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW.
Unfortunately due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.
If the home you are renting has a golf cart provided by the owner then please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations.
If we have not received the proper insurance and drivers license information then YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE GOLF CART.
Lastly, if a person without a valid driver's license is found to have operated the golf cart provided, or is found driving in a reckless manner then the guest will be fined a $750.00 charge to the account provided on the reservation.

The most luxurious penthouse in Destin!!

We chose this penthouse condo over all others in Destin for our intimate wedding ceremony - the elegance and spaciousness of the unit is unsurpassed. The views of the moonlight shimmering on the Gulf of Mexico from the huge, comfortably furnished, yet private balcony were unbelievable. We would love to stay again, and again, and again…..
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Four generations spent four nights at this condo. The condo is wonderfully upgraded with a perfect view. The rooms were spacious with enough room to move about. The balcony was a nice place to hangout and enjoy the waves. -Beachgoer Birmingham, AL
