This townhouse is the complete package! I looked at so many on VRBO & have no regrets selecting this property.The location is fantastic, only about 10 minutes drive to Disney World. There are several restaurants in the area along with a few grocery stores for quick & convenient shopping (loved the Super Target!). The gated community makes you feel very safe! The clubhouse has a wonderful pool & small fitness facitility. You can also rent DVDS at the clubhouse. The pictures of the townhouse do not do it justice... it's absolutely beautiful! Very clean & well maintained. You can tell the homeowners take pride in their property. The splash pool was an added bonus & we had it heated which was really comfortable. Having a high-chair available was an extra perk! My 9 month old baby loved the giant stuffed animals in her room! The owner was very quick at responding to any questions we had. One quick note...you will need to bring the basics (seasonings, garbage bags, dish soap, sponge etc) as there are no basics in the townhouse (ie. fridge is empty). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Kissimmee/Orlando area. Hope to be back there next year! Thanks again for letting us stay in your property.

Perfect home away from home!

As a recently blended family we had never stayed a week away from home in a confined area with three teenagers and we were a bit hesitant how this first trip to Disney would go. Walking into your home took all those worries away. It was clean, spacious, decorations we would have chosen for our personal home and a great location to everything we would need. Super Target and the grocery store are right down the street. Disney parks are all less than 10 mins away, we learned this trip quickly as we visited all the parks once and even some twice! We put all the kids upstairs and we stayed downstairs, hoping for a little more quiet time. The splash pool right off the living room was such a treat for the kids when they didnt want to walk up to the clubhouse, it was big enough for adults and teenagers. Washer and dryer are a great extra and even each room has hampers provided for the kids to keep dirty clothes in, these little things were noticed all over the house. We also requested a grill, costing not much for the week rental and were able to eat most meals at home, saving a lot of money when your feeding teenagers! Again this home is very clean, nicely decorated, stocked with dishes and everything you would need to cook for your stay and plenty of room. I would highly recommend this home. We would not hesitate if we were to return to Disney, we would stay hands down in this property again!! Thanks again for allowing our family to stay in your home.

Fears relieved

This was our family's first venture into the vacation home rental arena so I was afraid of the entire experience; however, the moment I turned the key and opened the door at 8:00 on a Sunday evening, all of my fears were relieved. What you see in the advertisement is exactly what you get and more! We were in total awe that we would be staying in such a nice home for a week for the price we paid. Staying in this home has renewed my faith in the family vacation. No longer will I dread going somewhere as long as I have an option such as this property. I truly felt like I was at home the entire week! My kids loved having their own room and bathroom and pool. They also loved the pool at the clubhouse. I loved the option of being able to cook breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner when I wanted to. My husband loved that everyone had their own television. From the ability to do our laundry without the added expense to the short distance to the parks and everything in between - we loved it all! Because of our experience in this home, I've already begun planning our next trip to the area. Thanks!

Disney Vacation

We stayed in this condo for 7 nights and it was a great experience. The Benefits: 5 minute drive to disney! Very Clean and Spacious. My inlaws stayed downstairs and had their own adjoining bathroom. Our two small children shared a room upstairs with their own bathroom and my husband and I stayed in the master suite upstairs and enjoyed an extra large bathroom. The splash pool was a hit with the kids. We were able to eat breakfast in the condo every morning before disney as it has a full kitchen and dining area. Cable TV was included and it was nice to watch in bed after a long day at the parks. We also hadi internet access which we took advantage of. Very quiet neighbors. Condo was a very short walk to a very nice large pool and hot tub. Excellent price and cleaning fee was waived because we stayed 7 nights. Negatives - The dryer in the condo took an extra long time to dry clothes even when drying a very small load. This really wasn't a big deal since we consider the washer and dryer to be an added bonus to the condo. We would definitley consider staying at this condo again when visiting Disney or Orlando attractions. It was a very smooth vacation rental experience. The Owner responded quickly to all emails and their were no issues with the property management agencies. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this property for their vacation.

Spotless

This home is absolutely spotless, comfortable and convenient. Our teens had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds in the twin room are better for little ones than a teen but she survived. The other queen beds are extremely comfortable. My 6'1" son loved the huge shower in the downstairs bedroom. I didn't know what to expect for sheets and towels so we brought ours but never used them. Unlike a beach house in NJ or DE, the beds were made!!! (sheets were very good quality) and new, fluffy towel sets and beach towels were provided. The only thing you need to know, and it's not a criticism, just an FYI, is that unlike a beach rental in NJ or DE, there are absolutely no provisions provided or left behind by previous renters. I knew that only a starter toilet tissue and soap was provided, but held off on bringing anything else until we saw what was there. Usually when we get to a beach house there will be paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, trash bags, sugar, spices etc so we shop for what we need, and if we have something leftover, we leave it for the next family. There is literally NOTHING here, so you need to bring those things with you or buy them down there. 13 gallon trashbags are required--we bought 30gal by mistake before we saw that we'd be fined if we left more than two 13 gallon bags at a time (by the development, who collects the trash from a covered bench on the porch almost every day). The kitchen itself is very well stocked with plates, pots n pans, glassware, utensils etc. The location can't be beat. It really is a stone's throw from the parks. The common pool, gameroom and shop are all great and the development is very well maintained. The private splash pool is awesome (with an alarm on the door which can be disabled if there are no babies and a mesh fence) and a big flat screen tv is in the living area, with smaller ones in each bedroom, with DVD players. The gameroom rents movies. Baby stuff is provided in the house if you need it. A stacked W/D is convenient upstairs (don't forget detergent and dryer sheets). Plenty of closet space and hangers. To avoid the traffic on 192, make a right out of the development and drive about 4 or 5 miles. There is a large food store across the main road and a drug store on the left. Further drive, but no traffic or lights so it's quick. We would recommend this spotless, spacious, convenient town home to anyone. You just can't beat the value. We loved this home!!!

Beautiful Townhome

Our family had a wonderful vacation in your spacious townhome in February 2010. It was everything your ad described: luxurious furnishings, comfortable beds, and immaculately clean. We loved your heated pool even in the cool weather, and our girls appreciated having their own rooms with televisions. It is very close to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and it's located in a beautifully maintained, quiet and gated Windsor Hills resort . We will definitely recommend your townhome to our friends and relatives!

Fantastic location and fantastic home! For years we have stayed on the Disney property but chose to stay off location this year and are glad we did. The Disney parks are 10 minutes away, which is quicker to get to than taking Disney transportation from on-site locations. Also, you get a beautifully furnished home with plenty of room to spread out. We spent 5 days in the parks and were glad to come back to a nice home as opposed to our travel trailer or a hotel room. As much as I love to stay on the property, we will contact the owners of this property for our next trip to Disney.

This is a well maintained townhome, which worked well for my family, including young children. It is in the perfect location to Disney (12 minutes drive to Epcot lot for example), and has lots of nearby restaurants with takeout menus for when you leave the parks at the end of the day. It provided to be the perfect home base for our 8 day DisneyWorld odyssey. As an additional bonus, the property owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

Great Place

We stayed here for 9 nights and it was wonderful!! Clean, comfortable and convenient to Disney. It was approx. 5.5 miles to the parking lots at any of the Disney parks. Great space to relax after hot, crowded days!! The kids loved the splash pool in the lanai. The pictures have been updated and are much better at depicting the beauty of the home and pool. The house even had nightlights in bathrooms and halls!! It is off of Hwy 192, and there is a Winn Dixie, a Dairy Queen and a pizza place about 1.5 miles from the home. The resort pool was great--plenty of lounge chairs. The owner was very responsive as was the management company. We would stay here again!!

We just got back yesterday. The condo was very clean and new. It was quite a distance from the clubhouse pool, probably as far as you could get, but we still walked, just know that once you are there, you stay at the pool. Contrary to the description, there were NO beach towels. There were plenty of white bath towels, but no beach towels, we had to run to Target to buy some ($). If I would have known, I would have brought some from home. We ordered a grill but the igniter switch did not work, did not find any matches, had to go buy a lighter. Overall, a good experience, would recommend.

Owner response:Thank you for the review. I apologize for the beach towels not being there. We went down in February to deep clean the townhouse and they were in the pantry on the shelf when we left. We have had some issues at times with things "disappearing" from the townhouse. This isn't necessarily something that the cleaning crew would notice. They are more opt notice big ticket items being missing. Sorry the towel were not there for you. As far as the grill, the management company rents those upon request, so if you had a problem with it, you really should have called them. Good Condo for your Florida Vacation Review Submitted: October 7, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008 I was definitely impressed by the rental property. Pictures from the internet were not deceiving. The place was clean, the amenities were good and the location was close to the area attractions. The layout of the house was nice. Some of the items missing from the amenities were the coffee grinder and a hair dryer in the master bathroom. As far as transportation goes, we rented a vehicle and that seemed to be our best option. The costs related to transportation from the condo to the parks, restaurants, etc. were high. The area had many restaurants but mostly chains. As far as house supplies, you will definitely need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels and/or napkins, toilet tissue and dish detergent. My recommendations for the property owners would be better quality pillows and more towel racks in the bathroom. Overall, I was pleased with the condo and I would recommend it to family and friends. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Age 55+, Great for Families with Young Children

A beautiful, comfortable place to stay

This was my first time staying in a townhouse instead of staying on Disney property and my experience was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated and more than fully equipped with amenities! The community is very safe. The pool at the clubhouse is huge! Disney is minutes away. And transportation is provided at Windsor Hills if you did not rent a car. I would highly recommend this particular townhouse for your family vacation!

Great Vacation Get Away

We stayed at your townhouse for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. It is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable to be in. Our children loved the fact that there was a TV and PS2 in their room. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own TV and DVD player along with its own bathroom. Because my in-laws came with us, it was great to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for them. Also, nice for privacy for us. It is very close to Disney and we liked the fact that the grocery store and other stores and restaurants were within a mile of your townhouse. The addition of the enclosed pool was a wonderful amenity. When we went down, there when some sort of "love bugs" were buzzing around. We weren't bothered by any of that because the pool is totally screened in. We plan to visit your townhouse again.
