Upstairs is the Great room with 2 separate sitting areas, kitchen, half bath, and master bedroom with large bath, dual sinks and dual shower. Downstairs 2nd bedroom has a king bed and 3rd bedroom contains a twin trundle with separate daybed. Connecting bathroom has double sinks and separate shower/tub, toilet area.

Our family just returned from a four day stay, and are already planning a repeat visit later this year. The house was comfortable, open, modern and just a two minute walk from the sand and surf. A stop at the Little Apple Market once we arrived had us stocked for the New Year's Weekend, we ate all our meals in-home except for the obligatory dinner at The Left Coast (their Tequila Lime Chicken wet burrito is not to be missed!) The kitchen was well-stocked with all utensils, gadgets and cookware. With mountain-style architecture (great room, kitchen, dining, master suite upstairs, entry and two additional bedrooms downstairs on ground floor), we spent most of our time in the living room enjoying the ocean view and music. My wife and I went for runs on the beach, while our teenagers read, surfed at Oswald West, and watched DVD's. Wi-fi in the house kept everyone connected to Facebook and friends. Kite-flying was excellent, I'm glad I brought my 11' power kite, the weather was very cooperative for December. Thanks Vicki for making this home available, we will be back.

What a fantastic 3 nights we had for our couple's get-away. The home and its amenities were wonderful. I hope we can visit again with friends. Your "Sandslot" home is a true gem!

We spent Thanksgiving week here and could not find a single shortcoming. Having been to many VRBOs, we understand that they are not always as equipped as one would like. Certainly not the case here. The was the kitchen beautiful, equipped and open; the heating system was excellent; the baby gear was stocked; the information book was the most organized and thorough I have ever seen. We would definitely return. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown.

We just returned from our second stay here, both times for a full week to celebrate my birthday during something I called "Beach Week". It has everything you could want in a vacation home - amenities, proximity to beach & town, and luxurious touches. There was even a baby gate in the closet which we used this time! My favorite things about the house: the homey feel of the condo, the gigantic granite slab island in the kitchen, the dual shower head in the master bath, the comfy leather couches, the generous selection of games & movies, the deck with the view of the water, the comfortable beds... ok, really I could go on and on... We love staying here. It's now our "regular place" to goto the beach. We hope to stay here again and again in years to come...
