This house is located in the center of South Lake Tahoe in a very quiet beautiful neighborhood. It has a great kitchen with new commercial appliances. Huge dining table in the kitchen with a separate "kids" table in the family/living room, making it great for groups. The quiet street the house is located on with the meadow in the back make it great for the kids to do lots of exploring.
This house is located only a few minutes from heavenly, Casinos and Stateline, right in the heart of downtown South Lake Tahoe. Just a couple of blocks away are markets and lots of shoping
There are two decks out back, one per floor, the first floor host a modern hot tub with great views of the meadow, the upper story deck connects to a bedroom. Large two care garage, new washer/dryer, TV's with cable in every bedroom and family room, wood burning stove for great heating along with central heat, three full baths with one connected to a bedroom upstairs, one in the upper hallway and one downstairs connected to the kitchen/laundry/mud room.
This house has all the amenities, we have many returning guests and have many wonderful years of memories in this house. We invite your family and friends to come and enjoy our home!!
