If you are a Rangers or Royals fan this is a good location for Spring training. This is a bare minimum rental, i.e. expect to buy some of your own supplies like toilet paper. If you use the backyard, even the swing on the patio, be prepared for barking, snarling dogs leaping up against the brick wall. The adjoining green space is nice, but the sprinking system may awaken you at 4 am in what sounds like a cloud burst against the side of the home where the bedrooms are. Owner is helpful and the photos are accurate.
Owner response:The rental is supplied with bed linens, towels, along with all kitchen supplies including: pots, pans, dishes and silverware. In addition DirecTV, high speed internet access, and a local phone line is provided. We supply soap and toilet paper as well. After this guest notified us of the issue with the community sprinkler system we notified the HOA and the issue was fixed. We are also pleased to report the barking dogs have moved out.
