Welcome to Forest Dunes: Probably the nicest, friendliest condo group on the Atlantic Ocean. This property is located on the "Golden Mile", an area along the Ocean with fewer high rise buildings. In fact, this quaint little strip of Myrtle Beach is dominated by single family beach houses, and is zoned "Residential Only". The Golden mile also features a series of recreational biking and exercise paths that run parallel to the beach. All this is just outside your front door, and steps from the lively hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd.
Forest Dunes is located on Ocean Blvd., directly across from the Beach. There are no buildings between our condos and the Ocean, providing direct and easy access for the whole family. We have an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, heated lazy river and a tiki hut grill/drinking area.
Our unit features over 1000 square feet of updated living area, including tile entry flooring, 2 private bathroom areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio to view kids at the pool ( we are on the second floor) or watch the waves crash on the beach.
Our unit received an "A" rating from the on site rental management group. Less than 10% of the units at Forest Dunes receive this designation.
