We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice, very affordable, and so close to Disney we were able to take our daughter back for a nap in the afternoons so we could make the most of our time there. When we come back I will definitely be staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. We have stayed at the Bahama Bay before so knew what to expect from the resort but found this unit to be in a great position and being on the end we didn`t have any noisy neighbours which was fantastic. The owners were incredibly helpful and prompt when booking and I had one small query when we arrived and they responded to my e mail immediately. It was clean and very well maintained. All of the Orlando attractions are within easy reach and it is really nice to come away from the hectic theme parks to a resort that is a little quieter. I would definitely recommed this property to friends and family and we will definitely stay here when we visit Orlando again.

Fabulous property- so close to all major attractions but not in busy crowded tourist area. Close to all needs like groceries, pharmacies. Resort was beautiful and very accomodating. Condo was clean and large- loved the laundry room and balcony on our unit. Was so pleased to have space to spread out for the week and be able to cook in and still not do dishes. Nice dishwasher in kitchen.

We had a perfect week visiting the Disney parks and enjoying the condo's resort (great play area!) with our 5 yr old. The condo was very clean and well-maintained and the Bahama Bay resort itself was very empty and quiet; it felt as if staff outnumbered people. I would highly recommend this condo and this time of year to anyone wanting to balance the Disney chaos with a bit of relaxing peace and quiet. Appreciated having the well-equipped kitchen, internet, and washer-dryer. Would definitely stay again.

Magnificent two generation vacation!!

The beds were comfortable. The unit was COMFORTABLE. Just like home. We were so comfortable in this unit. The landlords were VERY prompt in their responses before we arrived. Happily answered all questions I had. This was the smoothest transaction I have ever had. The clubhouse was beautiful and the staff helpful. The location was great just 15 minutes away from the excitement of the WDW resort without all of the hype and noise and traffic. Relaxing and wonderful!!

Very well appointed property and very well presented.It was nice to have the option of dining out on the large veranda which was well screened for privacy.Convenient to one of the many pools and nicely situated between the entrance and the clubhouse. The only reason I haven't given this property the full 5 stars is for not having a flat screen TV---not that this in any way spoiled our enjoyment.Have every intention of using this property again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very attractive, spotlessly clean and its location was quiet & close to lots of ammenities. The owners were quick to respond to email. I would defnitely recommend to friends. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen did not have a lot of pots and pans which made cooking larger meals a little difficult. The pool & landscaping were amazing.

What a beautiful, comfortable condo that had everything we needed. Very clean and the beds and furniture were comfy. The property grounds were also beautiful and very well maintained...The swimming pools and hot tubs were very nice and clean. Everything was as nice as the pictures showed. Front desk lady was very warm and inviting. Kevin and Diane were fast in emailing me back information I requested. We will and have already recommended Bahama Bay to our friends and family (specifically this condo). We had a terrific time. We will most definately stay here again. I do believe we have found our home while we are away from home!! Thank you Kevin and Diane...you WILL be hearing from us again!

We had a great time at your condo. It is a lovely spacious and light condo due to the extra windows in bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything was as described on the website., It had everything that we needed (apart from teapot for us tea supping Bristish!! but no big deal) There was plenty of linen and towels. As there was a washing machine and tumble dryer you dont need so many clothes - this we will bear in mind next time (we will be back). Bahahma Bay resort was great with wonderful swimming pools. It is a nice and quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive. Staff were very helpful for everything we needed. Kevin was very helpful with our enquires replying very quickly. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Absolutely loved our holiday. Would totally recommend this apartment- it's very clean and very spacious and has everything you could need from a washing machine to a coffee maker!. The pools are lovely and tend to be fairly quiet and the grounds are well maintained. Some fab restaurants near by which are all very reasonably priced.

I would definitely book again. The owners were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. As to the resort, it was beautiful. Clean rooms, clean pool and a very nice staff... Even though it was a mere 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Disney, it had the feeling of a privat oasis!!

We were very happy with the spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. It was much better than we were expecting for the price, excellent value. The Bahama Bay Resort was very peaceful with adequate facilities, including the swimming pools, and well positioned to the Disney resorts, we didn't want to be too close. i would definitely recommend the resort to others and would happily stay there again.

Loved the place

We found the place to be very desirable for many reasons. Good location to attractions but off the main road so it was quiet. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. Description of the location was accurate as well as the photos. The kitchen was appropriately stocked as well as linens. The only thing I would recommend is adding more pool chairs at the pools. There is not enought seating. I would also recomment having a Krispy Kreme nearby. I would recommend this place to a friend or relative without hesitation.

Bahama Bay Resort Condo

It was a very convenient experience. The owners are responsive, professional and eager to assist. The condo is large, great balcony, right next to a large pool and jacuzzi, the kitchen equipped, and the unit had internet so I could work at the same time. Very close to all the major Orlando attractions and there is a large supermarket less than 10 minutes away. The resort was well maintained and clean. This is a great place for families looking for a comfortable Orlando vacation rather than a small hotel room. The only negative, and perhaps a personal preference rather than anything else, the beds are too hard and the mattresses should be upgraded. I highly recommend this location to Orlando visitors.

Davenport Stay

Overall, a very good stay, The description of the property was accurate, very clean and well-maintained. More importantly the condo had Internet access inside the unit, which made working while on vacation easy. Close to most attractions, closer to Disney than Universal. Plenty of grocery stores and eateries close by. The resort itself was well maintained, multiple pools, gym, lake, etc. and the front desk very helpful. The condo is big and good for families, also has big screened in balcony. The beds are too hard, but that's more of personal preference than a negative opinion. Most importantly, the owners are helpful and customer friendly. Took my phone calls and responded to all my emails leading up to the trip within hours. I would highly recommend this location and the people that own it as a top choice when vacationing in Orlando.

NICE PLACE BUT FAR

Stayed here for 8 days. Kevin, the owner, was very helpful. Condo was clean and very close to the pool. Unit has high speed internet connection(the reason why I picked this unit). Staff are all friendly. Easy check-in and easy check-out. I underestimated its distance to the theme parks particularly Universal Studios. It took me at least an hour to drive back at closing time. Disney is approx. 12 miles away but it can take at least half an hour to drive with all the traffic lights and bottlenecks along 192. Definitely you need a car if you are staying here. I inquired about getting a shuttle to Disney and they charge $35 per person one-way. Other than this travel issue going to and coming back from the theme parks, everything went well. I will recommend Bahama Bay to people who are looking for good deals particularly Kevin's condo. But if money is not an issue, stay to a place that is near the parks.

Owner response:Thank You for your kind comments. On occasions the 192 can get busy and so does the I4. It depends on the season. A quick examination of the map will show you a few shortcuts which will save the bottlenecks. I'll make sure I include these on the travelling directions next time round. Universal takes me approx 30 minutes unless of course there is an accident. Disney never takes me more than 15 mins probably as I know the area well. So back to the drawing board for some extra routes and maps! Thank you so much for staying in our unit and hope we can assist you again. Best Wishes Diane & Kevin

Perfect & Peaceful Condo

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. The condo was clean, spacious, has a great kitchen, and had all of the comforts of home, including internet access! Not all of the condos have internet access, which meant that you would have to go over to the club house or designated areas to do this. The beds were very comfy and felt wonderful after a full day of activities. The area of the resort the condo was located was perfect, especially when returning from a day at the parks and all you want is a little peace and quiet. When the girls (16 year olds) tired of the peace and tranquility, there was enough for them to do in the resort to keep them entertained. Kevin and Diane, owners of the condo, were very quick and extremely helpful, via email, if I had any questions during our stay. I look forward to returning to this condo and will tell everyone we know about this property. Thanks again, Kevin and Diane! Lisa

Fantastic Place to Stay

This was my 3rd trip to Bahama Bay. Kevin was great to deal with and provided accurate discriptions and driving directions to and from the airport and major attractions. Condo was close to a large pool, a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse and had the added privacy of not being on top of everything. Condo was in good order and was stocked with all the major necessities. Would definately recommend and will contact Kevin again for my next stay.

Thank you so much Kevin and Diane for having shared your "home away from home" with us. My family and I were so pleased with the condo. It was beautiful and very comfortable. The convenience of having the pool just steps away was probably the best part. My boys were in the pool every morning and loved it. They didn't want to leave. The location was also fantastic. The convenience of having close access to Disney, Universal and all the other parks without all the hustle and bustle of the crowds was great. The resort fantastic. We would definitely recommend your condo to all our friends and family. I have to mention as well, how easy you made booking the condo. You were very quick with replies to emails and inquiries and were very pleasant to deal with. So, a BIG thank you for allowing us to share your home.

Kevin i liked your condo only issue was the water leak from the unit above. Maintenance was fixing it and when i checked out i wanted to pay cash for my stay and the person at the front desk it was early in the morning around 6 a.m. was asleep when i was checking out didn't seem alert and i gave up trying to pay cash because she didn't get it. Anyway i will use you again in the future. Thanks Greg

I stayed from 8/9 to 8/16 and was really impressed with the condo and reset. Everything was very clean. (Important to me.)The grounds were well kept and the office staff were professional. We were close to everything and far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Why not provide basic supplies to last the holiday, such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and rubbish bags, as you can only buy quantities that are much more than needed for a holiday? Check-in was chaotic. We were sent to the wrong condo twice, once with unactivated keys, then the receptionist laughed when he realised. Not funny at 9pm, when travelling since 4am. Resort beautifully maintained and well appointed. Could do with traffic lights at junction with I-27.

Owner response:I apologise for the check-in. Your matter has been reported and will be dealt with firmly. The basic essentials are always supplied and there should be a minimum of at least a week. It is difficult to arrange for the duration due to varying lengths of stay. However, with notice we can arrange extra cleaning and supplies throughout your stay. I stayed at this resort with my 2 1/2 year old daughter and my 67 year old father. We all really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was very nice and clean and spacious. The resort was very relaxing. Very kid friendly and peaceful. We were in a very nice neighbourhood, close shopping and especially Disney; very easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again!
