Welcome to the "North Course Lodge." This Beautiful, Newer, "Lodge-Style" home offers five bedrooms and four and a half baths - three bedrooms are suites and this home will comfortably sleep 14.
This 3500 square foot custom built home was constructed with the utmost quality and workmanship and was custom designed to capture the views of the second fairway of the North Woodlands Golf Course. You can enjoy the views while playing pool in the Billiards Room (which comes complete with a wet bar),enjoy a fun board game or read a great book in the semi-private loft retreat area or better yet, just relax in the spacious Sunken Great Room with soaring wood ceilings with an Idaho River Stone Fireplace and log accents.
Preparing meals will be a treat in the beautiful and well equipped and beautilful kitchen where you will find every gadget necessary to prepare any meal plus a wide assortment of serving pieces to entertain with. Complete with stainless steel appliances, six burner proffesional cooktop and a double oven. Don't worry about spices, condiments or paper produdcts. We supply an ample amount of all necessary producets to get you through your stay ~ Not just a starter supply like most rentals.
Enjoy the outdoors where you will find a private deck with a stainelss natural gas barbecue and plenty of seating room for entertaining on the stone paved patio complete with a wonderful relaxing Private Hot Tub with accent lighting, outdoor speakers and built in seats in the hot tub area decking.
In the garage you will find 8 newer bikes for your use parked in their own "bike garage", Or play Ping Pong in this very spacious oversized three car garage.

The house was fabulous!!! There are so many things about your house I just loved that I can't list them all. The bear in the family room was the best. Many people commented that everything they needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was great, and the furnishings were first class. The ambiance of the house is awesome. Everyone was thanking me but the thanks should go to you. We had a wonderful weekend and the skiing was good. You're the best. Thank you for sharing your house and your talent. Daryl

My Goodness! What an awesome place!! If there is Heaven on Earth it is here…I/we have never seen an accommodation so well prepared and catered for, right down to the pantry! We already miss Sunriver and the North Course Lodge. Look forward to the timeline, like McArther, Shall Return!! The kids (and Parents) enjoyed the games, bikes and everything else!! We have stayed at many homes in Sunriver and this one is by THE BEST!! What great thought and detail into every aspect of this home. We can hardly wait to come back!!! The youngsters in our party appreciated the baby play yard and the high chair. The older “kids” enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and surround sound movie set-up. Our stay here was beyond words. It was relaxing and we had the real feeling of home. We all had a blast doing nothing or everything you have to do here. SEMI – HTU Planning retreat – seven professional adults needed space and support facilities to host our planning sessions and personal needs. The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen were more than adequate to conduct our meetings very comfortably. The sleeping accommodations were magnificent! The directions and house keeping notes were very professional and helpful for our understanding and answering personal hygiene questions. The furnishings, interior design and decorations set an atmosphere that was pleasing and professional. We are convinced that the ambience greatly contributed to the production and success of our meeting. It is apparent that the great thought and effort was applied to the tiniest of details. Thank you for the use of your fabulous home. My (new) husband and I decided to take a few friends and family on our honeymoon at your lovely home. It was the perfect spot for all of us to reconnect and enjoy one another. Your kitchen is fabulous for group cooking activities. We had rented other homes in Sunriver but this was head and shoulders above the rest. Your attention to detail made all the difference. I wish for you and your family many, many years of enjoyment in your home
